I swiped this from another site (Our Country Haven). Thought it looked interesting!

Master Tonic

Equal parts of:

Cayenne
Horseradish
Gingerroot
Hot Onions
Garlic Cloves

I make this up in a Vitamix, but used to make them up in a blender. First, scrub everything; the blender and the foodstuff. Put in around a cup of each, you might want to slice up the horseradish and gingerroot first, just 1 inch slices will be fine. Make sure there is no mold on the horseradish or gingerroot. The horseradish will need to be peeled to get to the white inner root. Do not seed the peppers. You can get rid of the green cap of the peppers but you don't really need to. In the supermarket, it is rare to find them still capped, but occasionally you do. So, if it is only 1 or 2, don't bother if you wish. More than that, and you should slice the cap off them. Okay, now like I said, put around a cupful of each into the blender. Pour Apple Cider Vinegar over them until they float, about an inch or two more of vinegar. Then put the blender on. You want this all blended to a thin, applesauce consistancy. Now pour the whole mess into a clean, sterilized jar, and put the lid on, NOT METAL. There you go! Right now, it is strong enough to work, but YOU want it stronger, so for at LEAST the next 2 weeks, shake it several times a day, to mix it all up. You want to make sure that sunlight doens't get it, so I keep mine on the counter in a paper bag.

After 2 weeks, if you want, you can strain it. Some people don't, they chew up the macerated bits while they have a shot. That is certainly a way to do it, and I do it too, but if you are starting off making and taking this, then strain it. However, the longer it stays in the vinegar, the stronger it gets. Just shake it every day. There is one place in my kitchen that the sun doesn't shine on, and that is where I put mine after the initial 2 week brewing period. I also paint the outside of my jars, up to, but not touching the threads. That way I see it every day, and I shake some more. But for you, right now, let's just strain it off.

Once strained and put into a clean jar with a good lid, NO METAL, since vinegar will eat through metal. You want a jar with a strong plastic lid. Also, I forgot to mention, it must be a GLASS jar, as plastic toxins will leach into the vinegar. The plastic lid will be okay, since it only comes in contact with the vinegar when you shake it up.

Okay, so now you have it all ready, how do you take it? Well, to start off with, maybe a dropperful or no more than 1/2 teaspoonful mixed with water. I take it fast, since I believe soonest taken, soonest done. So, I am gonna tell you again, in bold,
DILUTE IT WITH WATER OR JUICE!!!!!!!

I can't tell you how many times I have told folk to take it with water starting out, but they almost always forget then call me up yelling and screaming at me, telling me what they really think of me. Then I ask if they diluted it. Oh, they are sooo sorry, but too bad, so sad, they spilled their thoughts and I don't help them any more. So, please, remember to dilute it. I took it straight the first time, a shot glass worth, and it took my breath away for several seconds. And I thought my mouth and throat had exploded. After so many years of diluting it, I have built up to where I can take it full strength, and who knows? Maybe you can and not suffer like I did. Then again, maybe not.

If you are healthy, go ahead and dilute it and take 3 times a day. This is for building up your immune system. This should generally keep you healthy, and if you are weak it should build you up while fighting the germs and parasites.

If you are sick, then double the amount, make it a full teaspoonful, and take every hour on the hour you are awake. I have built up to take 4 teaspoonful every hour I am awake, if I am sick. That really kicks the bad stuff out, I can tell you. This is how I can kick off a flu and be completely full strength in 4 days, while everyone else take from 2 weeks to a full month. This stuff is great, just great.

When I developed a case of that mutated "Super" strep throat, I had gone to the doctor every two weeks to trade off antibiotics, to no avail. The last time, he told me that if the latest antibiotic didn't work, they would have to put me in the hospital. Well, lucky for me, I had just received the formula for master tonic, so instead of going to the pharmacist, I went to the grocery store and got the ingredients. I came home, made it up, started taking it right then, just a one minute tincture. And it worked. At the end of 2 days, no symptoms, but I took it another 2 days just to be sure. No relapse, no more strep throat!!! And it has worked that way ever since; flus, colds, respiratory distress, pneumonia and bronchitis, wounds, etc. I have drank it, chewed it, inhaled it (a half-cup in a pot of water. Either lean over and inhale, or take off the fire and put in a bowl of hot water and cover your head and inhale. This, while stinky, will disinfect the air AND your lungs and sinus cavities.) And I have diluted it with water and bathed in it, usually a "bird bath" or as my momma used to say, a spit bath, lol. I have made poultices and put on wounds (ouch!) while taking it internally, and it healed right up, no infections.

The garlic is a broad spectrum antibiotic, helps with blood pressure, helps the heart and all around. And it is a de-wormer.

The onion is a milder form, like garlic, but it also helps protect against cancer.

The horseradish will help your sinuses. A lot. Especially when it is made fresh like this.

The cayenne is for the heart and the brain, and all of your blood vessels, pushing outwards. It stops heart attacks, strokes, bleeding, either internally or externally. While cayenne moves all the blood and goes straight to blockages, its main point of focus is the upper trunk and head.

Gingerroot is for the lower trunk and all the extremities, for moving the blood, and bringing inwards. Together, cayenne and ginger are the ideal blood movers.

I want to make up a batch too. I made elderberry extract last year, so this will be my experiment this year! I'm allergic to apples, but I don't think the amount I would be getting from the vinegar would be a problem. I'd rather have an allergy attack than the flu or something else!!
