In a city notorious for fierce political and ideological division, New York City has recently seen unity amongst groups perceived to be on different ends of the political spectrum, such as Freedom Patriot groups and Black Lives Matter.

Patriot Freedom Groups, Trump Supporters, Teachers, Labor Unions, Medical Freedom Advocates, Black Lives Latter Leaders and everyday New Yorkers came together in harmony this past weekend to demand the government reverse the vaccine mandates that have rocked New York City and the nation.

New Yorkers from every walk of life rallied and marched together this past Saturday in the ongoing battle to overturn what many perceive to be unconstitutional mandates and an infringement of civil liberties. New York City has the strictest vaccine passport rules in the nation and residents continue to face discharge from their workplaces and denied entry to restaurants for not complying with the mandates.

Thousands gathered near Times Square to protest the unprecedented mandates, where speakers like Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., NYC Artist Scott Lobaido, BLM Activist Reverend McCall, Children’s Health Defense Attorney Mary Holland, Dr. Lawrence Palevsky and Dr. Christiane Northrup spoke to the audience.

According to activists, the anti-vaccine mandate movement in New York has been rapidly growing.

“We are extremely excited to see such a large and diverse crowd turning up for our events,” said rally organizer Kevin Peters of New York Freedom Rally. It is growing by the week and all credit it due to Bill de Blasio and Joe Biden who have inadvertently emerged as unifying figures because of the backlash they created with their absurd and illegal policies.”

New Yorkers at the event seemed relieved to find allies in unexpected places after the past years of division that has swept the nation since Covid emerged in early 2020.

“The sleeping giant awakens. New Yorkers are finally coming together on this issue,” said John Tabacco, New York City Conservative Activist and host of the Newsmax show “Wiseguys”. “Biden and the government overplayed their hand with these draconian vaccine mandates and as a result people are uniting on the right and left. This is the government’s worst nightmare. Let’s Go Brandon!”

A Black Lives Matter activist made it clear to the crowd that sometimes civil disobedience is the only way to get the government to listen.

“The resolution will not be televised. The revolution is going to be in the streets,” said Black Lives Matter Leader Reverend Kevin McCall. “Yea we can rally, yea we can say ‘no justice no peace’, yea we can scream ‘my body, my choice’ but the only thing that they respect is when we shut stuff down!”

After the rally, the large crowd marched from Times Square to Hudson Yards and landed in front of CNN, where another rally took place protesting the corporation and other news organizations the group feels propagate vaccine lies, such as The New York Times.

“There is no better example than The New York Times and CNN that push these false narratives,” said Peters.

“We are the white hot center right now,” said event organizer Cat McGuire. “But mark my words- as goes New York so goes the rest of the country- and that’s why we are trying to push back as hard as we can. Don’t feel complacent if you are in a rural area. This is the panopticon and they have everybody’s number, especially if you are getting that toxic injection. That is how they are going to track us. So we’re pushing back here at ground zero- stand up and join us in your own communities- don’t just say well its not happening here- you wait!”

This day was planned by local organizers in coordination with the “World Wide Rally For Freedom”.

Worldwide Rallies for Freedom are ongoing bimonthly events planned all over the USA as well as in over 400 locations including Argentina, Australia, Canada, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Israel, Lebanon, New Zealand, Scotland, Switzerland, Uruguay.

According to their website, The World Wide Demonstration (also known as the World Wide Rally For Freedom), is an internationally syndicated community demonstration dedicated to emboldening citizens to push back against Coronavirus related restrictions in their countries. The event is deployed by member organizations in each city, with full local autonomy at the grass roots level.

New York organizers said the protests started off in New York with under 100 attendees at the beginning of the lockdown and has since grown to thousands per event.

“The whole entire world needs to rise up,” said Trump supporter Jamiee S. “Or else it is too late, We are going to lose our freedom, we are going to lose our country, we are going to lose everything.”

“The only way to create the power that we need and to get the thing done is that we come together,” said NYC Black Lives Matter activist Stephon Banks. “That means people from all aspects of life. People from different races and classes coming together.”

An unidentified female passenger snapped and used a microphone headset to rant about Covid mid-flight this week.

I brought my microphone, I’m going to use it,” the woman said to flight attendants trying to subdue her. “The pandemic started because humans have lost a little bit of faith.”

“You’re going to cuff me?” the woman repeatedly asked as flight attendants confronted her. “I’m completely harmless.”

The unruly passenger said the pandemic was a result of people being glued to the internet and the overuse of electronic devices.

“My dog has better sense than any of you,” the woman said as flight attendants escorted her to the rear of the plane.

What happens if Israel fails the stress test?

Israel got an early start on vaccinating its population and began offering a third dose of mRNA vaccine in July to the older age group (≥ 60 years). The results from an observational study comparing the clinical outcome of participants who received a third shot to those in the same age group who had received only two shots over the same period clearly indicated that the risk of severe disease dropped by a factor of almost 20. Additionally, those who received the third dose were also enjoying some level of protection against infection as they were also less likely to test positive for SARS-CoV-2 (1).

These are strong results, and at first glance many of those within this age group and not yet boosted might feel ashamed for their indifference in protecting themselves and others! However, there is a catch, and it’s not about potential biases in the analysis of the study results, or criticism from a public health perspective of delivering additional shots to individuals while many others have not even had their first.

The caveat is much more fundamental and has to do with immunology: a discipline that seems to have been largely reduced since the crisis began to measuring antibodies (Abs) in the blood. The results above were obtained after a very short observation period (12 days), and there is no data yet on the long-term outcome of repeated booster immunizations. This prompts an interesting question: could the immune-protective effect observed within 2 weeks of a booster injection trigger a short-term replenishment of the ‘lost’ protection against infection while at the same time not translating into long-term protection against infection or disease? The answer is most definitely ‘yes’ and can only be understood if one brings into play the single most important confounder of all Covid-19 vaccine efficacy studies conducted thus far: innate immunity.

It is well known that, regardless of any induced antigen (Ag)-specific adaptive immune response, all vaccines (including mRNA vaccines) have an adjuvant effect: they stimulate innate immune effectors, some of which have antiviral activity and/or facilitate adaptive immunity (2, 3, 4). Without going into mechanistic detail, there is no doubt that some of these innate, nonAg-specific immune responses have a short-lived antiviral effect. This could already explain why booster doses in the population described above can prevent viral infection while recalling anti-spike Abs. It may also be tempting to assume that these recalled Abs are now responsible for enhanced protection from both infection and disease. However, from an immunological viewpoint, it is difficult to understand how a rapid recall of the very same anti-S Abs in a previously vaccine-primed population would now all of a sudden enable better protection from infection and disease. If innate immunity is indeed the confounder, then the outcome of long-term surveillance studies would look very different. Given the more potent neutralizing Abs booster shots are generating against variants (5), the S(pike)-directed immune pressure in the population will only continue to rise while still failing to curtail the spread of the predominantly circulating highly infectious SARS-CoV-2 variant (e.g., Delta variant).

On the contrary, it would be reasonable to assume that upon an additional booster shot the more potent Abs further contribute to selecting S-directed immune escape variants and, therefore, turn the previously primed population in an even more fertile breeding ground for the highly infectious Delta variant. As vaccine-elicited Ab responses have a much longer duration (and can be memorized) than that induced by short-term innate immune activation, and as vaccinal Abs suppress the functional capacity of pre-existing CoV-reactive innate Abs, short-term vaccine-mediated innate immune protection against viral infection or disease does not automatically imply a positive effect of the vaccine on viral infection or morbidity rates in the longer term. Interpretations from scientists who only conduct short-term surveillance studies in vaccinees, the majority of whom are adults or elderly, lead to erroneous, although peer-reviewed conclusions such as: ‘Although vaccines are less effective against asymptomatic disease (*) or against transmission than against severe disease, even in populations with fairly high vaccination rates the unvaccinated are still the major drivers of transmission and are themselves at the highest risk of serious disease’ (6). This clearly illustrates their lack of understanding of the contribution of innate immunity in providing short-term protection after vaccination, and in the more durable protection of young and healthy unvaccinated age groups.

Based on all of the above, it is reasonable to expect booster injections to only enable the virus to more rapidly evolve resistance to the vaccines. This evolution would be dramatically expedited by vaccinating and boosting more and more younger age groups. More potent anti-S Abs induced by additional booster injections will further erode their innate Ab-mediated immunity and accelerate the pace at which SARS-CoV-2 evolves from more infectious variants into variants that increasingly escape from neutralizing anti-S Abs. The single earliest and most potent indicator for such an unfortunate evolution would be a failure of the infection rate to drop below a relatively high baseline level. A peak of cases that tails off at a fairly elevated baseline level of viral infectivity in the population would reflect the diminished sterilizing immune capacity of the unvaccinated population. It is reasonable to assume that when the booster-mediated, nonAg-specific innate immune activation wanes, the vaccinees will resume their breeding of more infectious variants (e.g., Delta variant) and become more susceptible to Covid-19 disease. At the same time, the resulting growth in infectious pressure would also increase the likelihood for unvaccinated, previously asymptomatically infected individuals to become more rapidly re-exposed to the virus. This would contribute to a further rise of the infection rate in the population and, therefore, also augment the susceptibility of the unvaccinated to Covid-19 disease.

Israel’s top virologist, Dr. Rivka Abulafia-Lapid, is convinced that the booster will keep existing variants under control and prevent the spread of other variants for around 6 to 8 months. She believes that Israel is currently witnessing the end of the fourth surge as a result of 3 million people taking a booster (7). A more thorough understanding of the interplay between the virus and host immunity at a population level clearly predicts, however, that the infection rate will not only halt its decrease but will also tail off at a level that is much higher than previously seen before while preparing for the next large surge in cases (see graph below).

More specifically, Israel’s booster efforts are likely to generate a spectacular surge of morbidity and mortality rates in the population as a combined result of increased S-directed immune selection pressure in vaccinees (i.e., optimizing the breeding ground for the Delta variant) and enhanced infectivity rates in the unvaccinated. From a scientific viewpoint it is, therefore, difficult to understand how booster immunizations using vaccines which are not evolution-proof could prevent a highly mutable virus from escaping neutralizing anti-S Abs while driving the pandemic in a catastrophic direction, both in Israel and worldwide.

How can the WHO stand by and watch as this additional experiment unfolds, soon to be followed by other countries?

Nebraska AG's devastating critique of the suppression of effective COVID therapies

Legal opinions usually aren't terribly fun to read, but if you've been an ivermectin and/or hydroxychloroquine advocate for use against Wuhan Plague, this one definitely will bring you much joy.

It's a rather lengthy and full spectrum opinion issued by Doug Peterson, Nebraska's Attorney General, in response to a query from the state's Department of Health and Human Services as to whether physicians can be persecuted and tormented for prescribing ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine to patients sick with the China Flu. What the AG's response amounts to is a full and complete takedown of the conspiracy to suppress cheap and effective early Covid-19 treatments.

All the players -- FDA, CDC, Fauci, Big Pharma, the media, all of them -- get a glorious and swift kick in the rear end. Portions of it even made me laugh out loud. As far as legal documents go, it's definitely easy reading and understandable to everyone. It seems clear that the AG's office went to some trouble to layout the whole saga in a way the masses can understand without translation by legal scholars.

What follows are some of the most relevant parts (at least in my sometimes-humble opinion), but it really is in everyone's best interest to personally read the opinion in full. People must individually understand what's actually happening for themselves. This is what will enable We The People to course correct and divert from the ruinous path set for us by the overlords.

As to the question of ivermectin as a treatment option:

The Mahmud study–a CRT that explored ivermectin as an early treatment for 363 individuals–concluded that “patients with mild-to-moderate COVID-19 infection treated with ivermectin plus doxycycline recovered earlier, were less likely to progress to more serious disease, and were more likely to be COVID-19 negative on day 14. And Niaee’s research team found that ivermectin can help even hospitalized patients. That group conducted a “randomized, double-
blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter clinical trial” with 180 hospitalized patients diagnosed with COVID-19. They concluded that ivermectin “reduces the rate of mortality and duration of hospitalization in adult COVID-19 patients,” and the improvement of other clinical parameters showed that the ivermectin, with a wide margin of safety, had a high therapeutic effect on COVID-19.

What initially made ivermectin a target for all the inexplicable slander?

Why would ivermectin’s original patent holder go out of its way to question this medicine by creating the impression that it might not be safe? There are at least two plausible reasons. First, ivermectin is no longer under patent, so Merck does not profit from it anymore. That likely explains why Merck declined to “conduct clinical trials” on ivermectin and COVID-19 when given the chance. Second, Merck has a significant financial interest in the medical profession rejecting ivermectin as an early treatment for COVID-19.

As to the question of hydroxychloroquine as a treatment option:

In 2004, long before the COVID-19 pandemic began, a lab study revealed that chloroquine "is an effective inhibitor of the replication of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV) in vitro" and thus that it should be "considered for immediate use in the prevention and treatment of SARS-CoV infections". The following year, another paper explained that "chloroquine has strong antiviral effects on SARS-CoV" and "is effective in preventing the spread of SARS[-]CoV in cell culture."

It is widely recognized in the medical community that hydroxychloroquine is generally safe, so safe in fact that it may be prescribed to pregnant women and "children of all ages."

What made hydroxychloroquine controversial in the first place?

A striking example features one of the world’s most prestigious medical journals–the Lancet. In the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Lancet published a paper denouncing hydroxychloroquine as dangerous. Yet the reported statistics were so flawed that journalists and outside researchers immediately began raising concerns. Then after one of the authors refused to provide the analyzed data, the paper was retracted, but not before many countries stopped using hydroxychloroquine and trials were cancelled or interrupted. The Lancet’s own editor in chief admitted that the paper was a “fabrication, a monumental fraud,” and “a shocking example of research misconduct in the middle of a global health emergency."

Interesting note about ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine hesitancy:

As for professional associations' and physician groups' views on hydroxychloroquine, it appears they generally adopt the same position they did on ivermectin. Those like the AAPS who support ivermectin as an option for early COVID-19 treatment generally support hydroxychloroquine too, while those like the AMA, APhA, and ASHP that oppose one typically resist the other.

The AG's conclusion:

Allowing physicians to consider these early treatments will free them to evaluate additional tools that could save lives, keep patients out of the hospital, and provide relief for our already strained healthcare system.

Dozens Of Top Nuclear Scientists With "Highest Security Clearances" Being Fired From Los Alamos Lab After Vax Mandate

A last Friday deadline for Los Alamos National Lab employees to get vaccinated has come and gone, with a judge on the same day denying a request by 114 employees there to block the nuclear lab’s vaccine mandate from taking effect.

In the last days the employees, including top nuclear engineers and scientists, have literally taken to the streets outside the lab, protesting the mandate which orders them to get their first dose of the Covid vaccine or face termination.

Concerning the lawsuit filed by the employees, The Hill wrote earlier that "Workers at the New Mexico laboratory, which created the atomic bomb, filed a lawsuit claiming that exemptions to the mandate have been denied without proper justification."

Specifically the workers, among them dozens of scientists, are pushing back against federal contractor Triad National Security LLC, which runs the lab under contract of the US Department of Energy.

It's unclear if any have been fired at this point after the deadline has passed, or if any level of negotiations or understandings are in the process of being reached.

The reality is that these employees are seen as immensely valuable to both the advanced nuclear lab and national security, given their government-issued clearance levels.

Local media detailed Monday protests along the main road leading to the lab and outside the entrance as follows:

Some 55 protestors, many of them carrying U.S. flags or signs, gathered on State Route 4 in White Rock at 6 a.m. to get the attention of Los Alamos National Laboratory commuters and others, They were protesting LANL’s policy mandating COVID-19 vaccinations for all employees and the termination or placement in leave without pay status of an undisclosed number of employees by LANL last Friday.
As of Friday LANL officials said 96 percent of employees are fully-vaccinated and an additional 1 percent have had their first dose.

Additional protests are being planned in other locations.

Importantly, it appears the bulk of those who face termination are not low-level staffers or new hires, but in many cases scientists and nuclear engineers who have worked at one of America's most sensitive and advanced defense facilities for decades.

The Associated Press had detailed that "The plaintiffs include scientists, nuclear engineers, project managers, research technicians and others who have some of the highest security clearances in the nation for the work they do."

Further the report underscored they would be "difficult to replace" in the short term. "Some of the employees who are part of the lawsuit have worked for Los Alamos lab for decades, while others are newer hires who have relocated to New Mexico from other states and countries," the report added. "Thirty-four of them are named in the lawsuit and 80 have opted to remain anonymous, citing fears of retaliation."

The US Supreme Court on Tuesday declined to hear an emergency appeal attempting to stop a Covid vaccine mandate for healthcare workers in Maine, the Associated Press reported.

Democrat Governor Janet Mills in August announced that healthcare workers in Maine must be fully vaccinated by October 29.

Far-left Justice Stephen Breyer, who oversees complaints for the First Circuit, rejected the emergency appeal in the first time the highest court of the land has weighed in on a statewide Covid vaccine mandate.

The Liberty Counsel filed a lawsuit on behalf of approximately 2,000 healthcare workers in August.

After bouncing around federal and appeals courts, Breyer rejected the emergency appeal.

As an already severely understaffed police force deals with skyrocketing crime in the state, a 17-year veteran Washington State Patrol officer announced his resignation this week in a video that was published on social media.

Just last year, this “outstanding” officer had worked his way up to become a sergeant. Now, he is being forced out of his job because of the state’s mandatory vaccine mandate that kicked in yesterday.

The unnamed officer was only identified in the video by his number – 110 – and is one of several officers in recent days to record their final goodbye to their fellow officers.

“Due to my personal choice to take a moral stand for medical freedom and personal choice, I will be signing out of service for the last time today,” said the Seargent.

After sharing his final goodbyes and thank yous without shedding a tear, the sergeant has to wipe his eyes by the end of the dispatcher’s heartfelt response when she reveals a major plot twist.

“I’m honored to have been your dispatcher, but mostly proud to be your wife.

Our future is bright. Thank you so much for your service, 110.”

The sergeant is one of many Washington State Patrol officers to resign with a public video over the past couple of days.

In another video that was posted this week, a separate unnamed officer used his final goodbye to stick it to the state’s Democrat governor, telling him to “kiss my a*s.”

Washington Governor Jay Inslee has followed the authoritarian footsteps of other progressive governors in Democrat strongholds. The radical ‘defund the police’ policies the governor has implemented have caused a critical understaffing crisis and now hundreds of more officers are being forced out due to his strict vaccine mandate that requires all federal employees to take the jab.

Some cities in the state are being hit especially hard by the mandates. Although not implemented by Inslee, Seattle’s mandates for city employees are just as strict as the state’s.

Antifa-sympathising Seattle mayor Jenny Durkin happily copied and followed Inslee’s vaccine demands. Thanks to the policy, the Seattle Police Department faces a situation where a whopping 40% of their active force could be terminated.

A massive crowd of NYC protesters marched to CNN’s broadcast studios in Manhattan’s Hudson Yards last Saturday to protest the organization and what they believe to be their widespread lies regarding Covid and the vaccine.

According to protest organizer Kevin Peters of New York Freedom Rally, the group left from a Times Square rally to march to The New York Times and CNN to protest both media outlets after the rally speakers commenced.

“Because our rally speaker lineup was so esteemed, we felt this was a good moment to bring attention to the false narrative constantly being pushed in the main stream media that there are no board certified doctors or medical experts that are against the vaccine. Thousands of California parents, students, and teachers on Monday participated in a statewide walkout to protest Gov. Gavin Newsom’s decision to mandate COVID-19 vaccinations for all students in both public and private schools.

Newsom, a Democrat, earlier this month announced the vaccine mandate for schoolchildren in grades 7 through 12 once the vaccines have received full approval by the Federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA), making California the first state to implement such requirements.

So far, the FDA has only granted emergency authorization for anyone aged 12 to 15. Newsom’s latest vaccine requirement is expected to take effect in January 2022 or the start of the 2022 school year.

Crowds of Californians opposed to the measures swarmed the steps of the California Capitol, carrying signs that read “My body, my choice,” and “My children won’t be a science experiment to make you feel safe.”



Many parents statewide pulled their children from school to participate in the rallies, in hopes their absences from class would send a message to state officials.

One Sacramento mother, Kendall Ramer, 32, told the Associated Press that she pulled her two children out of elementary school to attend a rally, adding that she and her husband plan to shift to homeschooling once Newsom’s vaccine mandate comes into effect.

“Everybody should be able to make their own choice for what’s good for them,” she said.

Los Angeles Unified School District employee Hovik Saponghian told SkyFOX that schoolchildren shouldn’t be forced to “take something without all the data.”

“I’m here protesting the mandate because we don’t believe that we should take it religiously, ethically or morally,” said Saponghian.

Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) parent Rima Mkhitran told the news outlet that she was participating in the rally because “we want our children and our teachers to have a choice.”

“As a parent, I think I have the right with other parents to stand up for our children,” she said.

“I don’t want to get the vaccine for my child because they are too young. There are no studies showing the long-term effects. We should wait for a couple of years,” added LAUSD parent Nara Vardaresyan.

Hundreds of parents and students also gathered at a recent Placentia Yorba Linda Unified School District (PYLUSD) board meeting to voice their opposition to the COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

“This is way too new to be injecting 100 percent of our kids, and we need to have a choice,” Kristen Mortensen of Placentia told The Epoch Times.

“I’m here to stand up for my children’s rights and all kids in our district in our county. They do not deserve to be injected with something that has no long-term studies yet,” added Rick, a father of two students within the district.

Newsom’s plan to mandate COVID-19 vaccinations for schoolchildren has received mixed feedback, with West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice announcing on Oct. 3 that there’s “no chance” he would do the same.

“From the standpoint of mandates, I don’t believe in imposing upon our freedoms, over and over and over. And I’ve said that over, I don’t know how many times I gotta say it,” Justice, a Republican, told CBS’s “Face The Nation.”

“But from the standpoint of our children, I’m going to still encourage in every way, because I truly believe that the more people that we get vaccinated, the less people will die. But at the same time, we still got to stand up for who we are.”

San Francisco Shuts Down In-N-Out Burger For Refusing To Be "Vaccination Police For Government"

In-N-Out Burger’s Chief Legal and Business Officer, Arnie Wensinger, is set to release a statement after the San Francisco Department of Health closed one of the Top California Burger Restaurant’s locations.


“Today, the San Francisco Department of Health closed our restaurant…” he wrote.

According to Wensingers statement, In-N-Out Burger employees were allegedly “not preventing the entry of customers who were not carrying proper vaccination documentation.”

Beyond the famous California institution’s location “properly and clearly” posting signage to communicate local vaccination requirements, the SFDH has attempted to require In-N-Out Burger employees to act as health police and enforcement personnel for the city.

He explains, “After closing our restaurant, local regulators informed us that our restaurant Associates must actively intervene by demanding proof of vaccination and photo identification from every customer…barring entry for any Customers without proper documentation.”

Wensigner opened up further in the statement saying they are committed to the highest level of customer service & making all feel welcome.

“We refuse to become the vaccination police for any government. It is unreasonable, invasive, and unsafe to force our restaurant associates to segregate customers,” wrote Wensigner.

In late August, San Francisco became one of the first major U.S. cities to require proof of full COVID-19 vaccination to enter indoor restaurants, bars, gyms, theaters, and other entertainment venues.

New York City’s policy went into effect on August 17, and the city began to enforce the requirements as of September 13. Inspectors for New York City have reportedly given numerous violations of $1,000 for failing to check vaccination cards.

Some fast-food chains shut their seating areas altogether, sacrificing sales and bottom lines to appease city health rules.

Federal and State Vaccine Mandates have fueled a great divide in the U.S., pitting businesses, unions, legislators, and neighbors against one another based on their firmly held beliefs on the issue.

Further fueling the division are inconsistent actions from public officials like CA Governor Gavin Newsom. It was recently reported that Newsom, who is publicly driving Lockdowns and Vaccine mandates, does not vaccinate his own daughter. In addition to that, CA Assemblyman Kevin Kiley tweeted that the embattled Governor is fighting to remove the vaccine mandate for a union that reportedly gave over $1 million to his campaign.



For In-n-Out Burger, they are not alone as employees, employers, unions, public employees, and even Governors across the nation are signaling their distaste for a mandate Arnie Wensinger describes as a “government dictate that forces a private company to discriminate against customers who choose to patronize their business.”

The statement concludes with a declaration that leaves no doubt about where the famous Burger Institution stands.

Pfizer used its power to “shift risk and maximize profits” according to leaked, unredacted contracts obtained by Public Citizen, a consumer advocacy group.

Pfizer has been accused of bullying and shaking down governments during Covid vaccine negotiations – much of their wheeling and dealing has been done in secret.

New contracts reveal Pfizer took a hard line in push for profits with the least amount of exposure and risk.

The “contracts consistently place Pfizer’s interests before public health imperatives,” said Zain Rizvi, the Public Citizen researcher who released the report.

Sharon Castillo, a spokeswoman for Pfizer, said that confidentiality clauses were “standard in commercial contracts” and “intended to help build trust between the parties, as well as protect the confidential commercial information exchanged during negotiations and included in final contracts.”

Joe Biden and many Democrat officials have imposed Covid vaccine mandates because of Pfizer’s demands and secret contract negotiations – and as a result, Americans are losing their jobs.

Washington Post reported (emphasis ours):

Public Citizen found common themes across contracts, including not only secrecy but also language to block donations of Pfizer doses.

Disputes are settled in secret arbitration courts, with Pfizer able to change the terms of key decisions, including delivery dates, and demand public assets as collateral.

Experts who reviewed the terms of contracts with foreign governments suggested that some demands were extreme. In contracts reached with Brazil, Chile, Colombia and the Dominican Republic, those states forfeited “immunity against precautionary seizure of any of [their] assets.”

“It’s almost as if the company would ask the United States to put the Grand Canyon as collateral,” said Lawrence Gostin, a professor of public health law at Georgetown University.

The company rejected that logic. “Pfizer has not interfered and has absolutely no intention of interfering with any country’s diplomatic, military, or culturally significant assets,” Castillo said. “To suggest anything to the contrary is irresponsible and misleading.”

Some contract demands appear to have slowed vaccine rollouts in countries. At least two countries walked away from negotiations and publicly criticized the company’s demands. However, both later reached agreements with Pfizer.

In contracts with Brazil, Chile, Colombia, the Dominican Republic and Peru, governments were required to sign a document that says each “expressly and irrevocably waives any right of immunity which either it or its assets may have or acquire in the future.” The first four also were required to waive immunity against “precautionary” seizure of their assets.

Public Citizen found contracts that required governments “‘to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Pfizer’ from and against any and all suits, claims, actions, demands, damages, costs and expenses related to vaccine intellectual property.”

AUSTIN, Texas — Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) spoke with Breitbart News about his decision to fight President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate, saying he “had to stand up and protect those freedoms of people not having their bodies basically invaded by a vaccine that they do not want.”

Breitbart News’s exclusive interview with the Lone Star State governor came just days before Dallas-based Southwest Airlines announced it would be scrapping its plan to place unvaccinated employees with pending exemptions on unpaid leave after a December deadline.

Abbott issued an executive order earlier this month banning any entity in Texas — including private businesses — from mandating the coronavirus vaccine. “I talked to too many Texans around the entire state, who were literally crying because they faced either losing their job or compromising their own values and safety by getting the vaccine,” he explained to Breitbart News on Friday. “One of the catalysts behind my action was to ensure that people would not be losing their jobs.”

Immediately after Abbott issued his executive order, Southwest Airlines and Fort Worth-based American Airlines both said they would be ignoring the governor’s order, but Abbott revealed to Breitbart News that “the day after Southwest said they would not comply, they did issue a [statement] saying that no one at Southwest will be terminated … and we have received similar information from American Airlines that may not have been published yet.”

The Texas Republican said he wanted to “set the counterbalance against the Biden administration to say that no one can be compelled to take a vaccine.”

The two-term governor has a history of being a “counterbalance,” as he calls it, to the left. As Texas attorney general, Abbott sued the Obama administration 27 times, but even over the course of Biden’s nine months in office, Abbott has gone against the grain as he was one of the first governors in the country to fully open his state back up for business and terminate mask mandates.

When asked about the legal strategy for keeping his vaccine mandate ban alive given the inevitable challenge from the federal government, Abbott admitted that “this is headed toward a legal showdown” but that he felt “very confident” Texas will win, explaining that, “Neither the President of the United States, nor the Federal Government have any legal authority — any constitutional authority — to issue their vaccine mandate. … [T]hroughout the history of the United States of America, it has been governors in states that have been in charge of health and safety of the people who are residents of those states, not the federal government. So, from the legal side, I feel like we’re on solid ground. Also, from the constitutional side in this regard, and that is part of the governor’s job is to ensure that the freedoms that are guaranteed by the Constitution and laws of our positions are going to be protected.”

The reference to no constitutional authority speaks to the fact that the U.S. Constitution assigns “police power” issues of public health, public safety, personal responsibility, and social welfare to the 50 states, instead of the federal government.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki, however, regarded Abbott’s mandate ban as a– purely political move. To this charge, Abbott replied that the mandate itself was “politics by the Biden administration.”

“Clearly they’re acting completely contrary to the Constitution,” the governor continued. “One thing that Biden has failed to do [is] work in collaboration with the states. He had every opportunity to work in collaboration with the states, but let’s look at what the CEO of Delta said yesterday: the CEO of Delta Airlines said yesterday that a vaccine mandate is a blunt tool that is not needed because there are other effective ways to address this issue without that blunt tool from the federal government.”

Abbott’s comments come as part of a wide-ranging interview for the latest edition of Breitbart News’s On The Hill video series, which will be released in the coming weeks.

When Washington state representative Jim Walsh went to his office in Olympia on Tuesday, he found himself on the outside looking in. His ID badge, which acts as a keycard for state government buildings, didn’t work.

It wasn’t a mistake or technical glitch. The rules committee for the House made an “interim rule” banning entry to anyone who doesn’t present their Covid-19 injection papers, including elected officials. Walsh, who has opposed Governor Jay Inslee’s vaccine mandates, was furious that the governing body he was elected to work in and represent his constituents was not only failing to counter the Governor, but was taking his mandates even further.

“We are absolutely falling into some sort of Stockholm Syndrome that’s taken hold of the legislature here in Olympia,” he said in a Facebook video. “And rather than being that active check against the Governor’s abuses, we’re following the Governor’s lead. That’s not what we’re supposed to be doing. We’re supposed to be standing up to that and representing you!”

Oregon’s central administrative agency inadvertently released the COVID-19 vaccination status of more than 40,000 state employees to two media outlets.

The Oregonian/OregonLive reports a spreadsheet sent to them and the Statesman Journal was supposed to contain the latest vaccination rates and vaccine exemption rates for each executive branch agency overseen by Gov. Kate Brown.

Brown issued an executive order in August requiring all executive branch employees — along with individuals working in educational and health care settings — to be fully vaccinated against the coronavirus by Monday at midnight.

Instead, Oregon Department of Administrative Services External Relations Director Adam Crawford emailed a file to the outlets Monday containing vaccination status by employee name.

Crawford took the blame for the data release and asked that the personal information not be reported. "It’s a mistake on my part," he said.

Ben Morris, a spokesperson for SEIU 503, said the release of information violates an agreement the union signed with the state which required individuals’ vaccination information to be confidential.

Morris said that "more concerning is that one of the main things that we heard from members who were vaccine hesitant is they were concerned about their privacy in this situation."

Morris said the union is deciding how to respond.

The newspapers said they will not publish the full dataset.

According to the data, more than 90% of eligible employees in the state’s executive branch are either fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have received an approved religious or medical exception.

The US Supreme Court on Tuesday declined to hear an emergency appeal attempting to stop a Covid vaccine mandate for healthcare workers in Maine, the Associated Press reported.

Democrat Governor Janet Mills in August announced that healthcare workers in Maine must be fully vaccinated by October 29.

Far-left Justice Stephen Breyer, who oversees complaints for the First Circuit, rejected the emergency appeal in the first time the highest court of the land has weighed in on a statewide Covid vaccine mandate.

The Liberty Counsel filed a lawsuit on behalf of approximately 2,000 healthcare workers in August.

After bouncing around federal and appeals courts, Breyer rejected the emergency appeal.

This is the definition of Fake News. I read as many article as I could find to get to what actually happened and I had to read 4 or 5 and piece them together, and then find the actual order as delivered from Breyer to figure out what the dismissal was about.

That's not what happened.

Breyer told them to come back after a decision was reached in the Appellate Court. Apparently he didn't want to step in until they reached a decision. It wasn't appealable until they did or until the date came up. He even told them that if the Appellate Court doesn't reach a decision before the drop-dead date in the mandate, they can come back. And then the appellate court decided a little while later against them - which opens the door for them to bring it up again at the Supreme Court. And I'm sure they will. The Supreme Court on Tuesday left intact a vaccine requirement for Maine health care workers, rebuffing another legal challenge targeting COVID-19 vaccination mandates.

The denial by Justice Stephen Breyer, who handles emergency requests from Maine, was issued “without prejudice,” meaning the applicants can file another request if circumstances change.

The challengers, a group of Maine health care workers, sought to block a vaccine requirement announced in August by Gov. Janet Mills (D). The statewide mandate, which applies to employees at hospitals, nursing homes and other health facilities, is set to take effect next week.

The suit was brought by a Christian group called Liberty Counsel, which said it represented some 2,000 employees opposed to the mandate on religious grounds. Although medical exceptions to Maine's vaccine requirement are recognized, religious exemptions are not.

A federal judge in Maine last week ruled against Liberty Counsel. Two days later, a Boston-based federal appeals court in a brief ruling affirmed the district judge, prompting the group’s emergency request to the Supreme Court.

Breyer said the group could again seek relief at the Supreme Court if the appeals court either rules against it on the merits or fails to reach a decision by Oct. 29, the effective date for the vaccine requirement.

Tuesday’s move comes after the Supreme Court rebuffed similar vaccine mandate challenges by New York City public school teachers and a group of students at Indiana University.

WASHINGTON, Oct 19 (Reuters) - U.S. Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer on Tuesday turned away a religious challenge to a requirement that healthcare workers in Maine be vaccinated against COVID-19, the latest such bid rejected by the nation's top judicial body.

In a brief order, Breyer wrote that the challengers - unnamed plaintiffs who said they are healthcare workers and object to taking the vaccine on religious grounds - could make another request for a mandate exemption once the 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled on their case.

Shortly after Breyer's order, the Boston-based appeals court ruled against the healthcare workers, setting up the case to return to the Supreme Court.

The Maine mandate required that all healthcare workers be fully vaccinated by the beginning of October, but the state said it would not enforce it until Oct. 29. Maine removed religious exemptions from mandated vaccines in 2019 and voters overwhelmingly rejected a referendum challenging the law last year.

Breyer handled the case for the Supreme Court because he is the justice assigned to deal with emergency requests arising from cases in states in a region that includes Maine.

A federal judge rejected the bid for an exemption.

Breyer's order is the third time the Supreme Court has rejected an attempt to challenge a COVID-19 vaccine mandate. Justice Sonia Sotomayor this month refused to block New York City's requirement that public school teachers and employees be vaccinated. Justice Amy Coney Barrett in August denied a bid by Indiana University students to block that school's vaccination mandate.

The Supreme Court on Tuesday declined to immediately halt enforcement of a coronavirus vaccine mandate for health-care workers in Maine.

In a brief order, and without explanation, Justice Stephen G. Breyer rejected a plea to stop the mandate from being enforced at the end of the month. The high court has rejected similar requests to block vaccine requirements for Indiana University staff and students and New York City teachers.

Health-care workers in Maine asked the Supreme Court to intervene last week after a Boston-based appeals court issued a one-sentence order leaving the mandate in place while the legal challenge continues.

The requirement is unconstitutional, the health-care workers say, because it does not include exemptions based on religious objections. Maine officials must “provide protections to employees who have sincerely held religious objections to the Covid-19 vaccines,” according to the emergency petition.

Breyer, who handles such requests from that part of the country, said the workers could renew their request to the high court after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit issues a decision on the merits of the case or if it does not rule before the state begins enforcing the requirement on Oct. 29.

Breyer did not refer the issue to the full court or ask for a response from state officials in Maine.

In the Indiana case, Justice Amy Coney Barrett, without explanation, similarly rejected the petition from a group of university students.

In New York City, public school teachers are required to show proof of vaccination or to obtain a religious or medical exemption. Justice Sonia Sotomayor denied an attempt earlier this month to block the mandate. She, too, did so without comment.

WASHINGTON — Justice Stephen G. Breyer on Tuesday turned away a request from health care workers in Maine who had asked the Supreme Court to block a state vaccine mandate based on their religious objections while their legal challenge moved forward.

Justice Breyer did not ask for a response to the workers’ application or refer it to the full Supreme Court. He said the workers could return to the Supreme Court after the federal appeals court rules on their appeal or if that court does not issue a decision by Oct. 29. That is the date on which the state has said it will start enforcing the requirement.

Last week, Judge Jon D. Levy of the Federal District Court in Maine, ruled that the requirement did not run afoul of the First Amendment’s protection of the free exercise of religion.

“Both the serious risk of illness and death associated with the spread of the Covid-19 virus and the efforts by state and local governments to reduce that risk have burdened most aspects of modern life,” he wrote.

“In this case, the plaintiffs — health care workers and a health care provider — have shown that their refusal to be vaccinated based on their religious beliefs has resulted or will result in real hardships as it relates to their jobs,” Judge Levy wrote. “They have not, however, been prevented from staying true to their professed religious beliefs which, they claim, compel them to refuse to be vaccinated against Covid-19.”

A unanimous three-judge panel of the appeals court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, in Boston, refused to block the mandate while the workers’ appeal of Judge Levy’s ruling moved forward.

The Supreme Court had earlier rejected challenges to vaccination requirements at Indiana University and for personnel in New York City’s school system. Those rulings were also issued by just one justice, which can be a sign that the legal questions involved were not considered substantial.

So, a personal anecdote for consideration.

Nov 2020, DH hadd all the key symptoms of Covid. Fever, chills, cough, exhaustion, loss if taste/smell.

My parents who were visiting at the time came down with it a week later after they got home. My boys and myself did not get it.

This Oct I got it. Same symptoms, except also extreme body aches and light-headedness. I still have no sense of taste or smell, wet cough, and I tire easily.

Kids got it, mostly feverish for 2 days, then over it, except one has a residual cough.

DH, who had it last year, only came down with 2 days of tiredness, nausea but no vomiting, and body aches this time. Still gets tired easily, but no fever. He's pretty much over it now.

So this was our family's experience with someone having COVID twice.

“As we head into these winter months, we cannot be complacent,” Walensky said. “We know from previous data that schools that have had masks in place were 3.5 times less likely to have school outbreaks requiring school closure. The Biden gang is now making plans to give children the vaccine that General Colin Powell took that did nothing to protect him from COVID and may have caused it.

There are no reasons children ages 5 – 11 should be vaccinated. They are basically immune to COVID and have higher risks of drowning than dying from COVID.

The White House on Wednesday unveiled its plans to roll out Covid-19 vaccines for children ages 5 to 11, pending US Food and Drug Administration authorization.

The Biden administration has secured enough vaccine supply to vaccinate the 28 million children ages 5 to 11 who would become eligible for vaccination if the vaccine is authorized for that age group and will help equip more than 25,000 pediatric and primary care offices, hundreds of community health centers and rural health clinics as well as tens of thousands of pharmacies to administer the shots, according to the White House.

New York City is expanding its COVID-19 vaccine mandate to all public employees with no test-out option, Mayor Bill de Blasio announced Wednesday.

Deadlines are different for the NYPD and FDNY versus corrections officers, but the message is the same, according to the mayor’s office: Those who serve the community must take responsibility to protect the people within it and themselves.

Effective immediately, city employees will receive $500 in their paychecks if they get their first shot at a city-run vaccination site, according to the mayor’s office.

The new rules affect more than 160,000 workers (including police, firefighters and correctional officers), 70% of whom already had at least one shot. The NYPD’s largest union already warned it will take legal action to block the mandate, while the FDNY-Uniformed Firefighters Association plans a media briefing later Wednesday.

Nearly 45% of FDNY firefighters are unvaccinated, the union president said.

Oh, you're a woke-poke employer eh?

You think hiding behind OSHA -- or the threat to issue a mandate by the government -- in some way prevents you from being liable for injuries and/or deaths related to the vaccines?

Uh, how would you like to defend that position in court given all of the following are true:

• The PREP act has no provision giving you legal immunity and cannot be amended by executive order as it is law, so you would need both houses of Congress to pass such a thing -- and they have not.
  
  
• The producing firms and health care providers are immune from damages under that same PREP Act. Therefore under the general principle of joint and several liability guess who gets all of it: You do.
  
• You could have tried to claim that the Federal Government refused liability (and got away with it) for direct employees, or even that "there's no such thing as vaccine injury from these jabs" and claimed that the Federal Government itself said this is so..... except, oops, that just went up in a puff of smoke.

The Federal Employees' Compensation Act (FECA) covers injuries that occur in the performance of duty. The FECA does not generally authorize provision of preventive measures such as vaccines and inoculations, and in general, preventive treatment is a responsibility of the employing agency under the provisions of 5 U.S.C. 7901. However, care can be authorized by OWCP for complications of preventive measures which are provided or sponsored by the agency, such as adverse reaction to prophylactic immunization. See PM 3-0400.7(a).

Further, deleterious effects of medical services furnished by the employing establishment are generally considered to fall within the performance of duty. These services include preventive programs relating to health. See PM 2-0804.19.

However, this executive order now makes COVID-19 vaccination a requirement of most Federal employment. As such, employees impacted by this mandate who receive required COVID-19 vaccinations on or after the date of the executive order may be afforded coverage under the FECA for any adverse reactions to the vaccine itself, and for any injuries sustained while obtaining the vaccination.

Oops.

If you mandate, as a private employer, "vaccination" against Covid-19 any and all adverse events as a result of said jabs are now chargeable to you, as the Federal Government itself has deemed that "mandated" vaccinations are indeed injuries that occurred while performing the job in question, irrespective of where the jab took place, and that said adverse events, up to and including death do in fact occur.

Got that employers and HR Departments? Said "adverse events" are expected.

Oh by the way your insurance firm has likely inserted a "pandemic exemption" into your liability coverage. That's shown up in a whole lot of those policies over the last year or so, and it's odds-on that's the case for you as well.

Incidentally there is plenty of evidence that these jabs will be eventually found to be responsible for a whole host of serious problems, and those do not end within a couple of weeks of the jab itself. Indeed, the evidence is mounting rapidly (see the all-cause "excess death" rates for various age groups, particularly cardiac and circulatory related, among young people now showing up in places like Scotland and England for examples) that there is a causal link between both strokes and heart attacks.

I remind you that the FDA and pharmaceutical industry claimed, not all that long ago, that no such link existed for Vioxx. It was only after about 60,000 Americans had heart attacks and died, and several hundred thousand had non-fatal heart problems caused by it, that it was withdrawn from the market -- five years later.

Moderna and Pfizer may be immune from lawsuit but you are not, and further, the precedent by the Federal Government itself now exists based on their own public statement that if an employee gets screwed by the jab you demanded they take you're on the hook whether that injury is evident five minutes afterward or five years later.

If OAS or ADE shows up as is being indicated, but not yet proved by the data out of both Scotland and Britain then you're really in trouble as every single vaccinated person who gets Covid-19 and dies or is permanently harmed in your organization, and that will be a very sizeable percentage of the whole, is going to result in a huge lawsuit that you will lose.

Good luck *******s; you just got ****ed, your company is likely to be a smoking hole and it couldn't happen to a nicer bunch.

Dr. Malik Peiris, who previously served on the Lancet medical journal’s COVID-19 origins investigation committee, received China’s “Nobel Prize” for research affirming the Chinese Communist Party’s false narrative that COVID-19 developed naturally.

Peiris, a Sri Lankan virologist working in Hong Kong, was one of 12 scientists leading the now-defunct Lancet probe into the origins of COVID-19. While the task force is no longer listed on the medical journal’s website, as it was forced to disband due to extensive conflicts of interests with the Wuhan Institute of Virology, archived web pages reveal Peiris’s participation in the effort.

Following Peiris’s stint on the task force, the Chinese Communist Party awarded him with the prize in life sciences in the 2021 Future Science Prize – dubbed China’s “Nobel Prize.” China’s top scientific honor is accompanied by a $1 million prize, which is funded by several Chinese Communist Party-linked companies such as Baidu, Hillhouse Capital, and Sequoia Capital China.

State-run media outlet Global Times claimed the award was for his “major discoveries of SARS-CoV-1 as the causative agent of the global SARS outbreak in 2003 with impact on combating COVID-19 and emerging infectious diseases.”

Peiris shared the award with co-author Kwok-Yung Yuen.

In an exclusive interview with the Chinese Communist Party-run media outlet, Yuen asserted “this is one of the most important prizes not just in China but also internationally.”

Peiris’s research was praised by award reviewers as playing an integral role in tracing the origins of COVID-19, as reviewer Wang Xiaodong noted “Chinese scientists were able to quickly identify the cause of the COVID-19 pandemic thanks to their contributions.” The research bolstered the Chinese Communist Party’s fake narrative that COVID-19 developed naturally as opposed to escaping from a lab.

As Global Times explains, Peiris’s research helped “support the bat origin of SARS-CoV-2”:

When asked how their discoveries affect people’s understanding of the cause of COVID-19, Yuen explained that since he and his team discovered in 2005 that the horseshoe bat was the natural animal reservoir for the ancestral SARS-CoV-1, they believe that SARS-CoV-2 “also went from bats to another mammal(s) before jumping into humans.”

Moreover, SARS-CoV-2 replicates very well in both bat and human intestinal organs, which further supports the bat origin of SARS-CoV-2, he said.

Lobbyists from industry associations and unions, as well as some private anti-vaccine individuals, are lining up to take meetings with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), which is in the process of finalizing the rule that will apply to some 80 million workers, before its expected release in coming weeks.

The unusually high number of groups requesting meetings is a sign of the intense interest in how the Biden administration crafts the policy. Many view this policy as its highest-profile — and probably its most widely contested — effort to increase vaccination rates across the country, perhaps one of the most significant undertakings in Labor Department history.

Biden has said the rule will apply to companies with more than 100 employees and will allow for coronavirus testing instead of mandatory vaccinations. Many companies have instituted their own vaccine mandates with high levels of compliance, but some others have said they have significant concerns about how a federal policy would be implemented.

Those who have had or requested meetings with Labor Department and OMB officials so far include industry groups such as the National Lumber and Building Material Dealers Association (NLBMDA), the Corn Refiners Association, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the National Retail Federation; companies such as Walt Disney and auto conglomerate Stellantis; the AFL-CIO, the nation’s largest union federation; and conservative think tanks like the Koch-backed Americans for Prosperity and the Ethics and Public Policy Center.

Representatives from multiple industry groups said in interviews that they had expressed concerns to federal officials about the potential for the coming vaccine requirements to exacerbate the economic woes caused by supply chain issues and labor shortages.

Many are searching for vaccine mandate loopholes. These are the people trying to stop them.

“The overwhelming majority of respondents said to us this is going to negatively impact their businesses and their ability to retain employees,” said Kevin McKenney, director of government affairs at the NLBMDA.

McKenney said many of the group’s member businesses were worried about the financial impact, if employers are required to pay for testing for employees who opt for it, and the strain on the labor force.

“Many of our members are concerned about the potential loss of employees,” he said. “Many have heard from their employees, who said they’d find employment elsewhere, or said we’re just going to go to another company to look for other work — that they’d rather leave than undergo the requirement.”

Other industry group leaders expressed similar sentiments, saying they told federal officials that the businesses they represented were concerned about more disruptions before the busy holiday season.

“We asked them to provide as long a possible runway regarding the implementation dates and give employers the greatest amount of flexibility as possible,” said Mark Wilson, a vice president at the HR Policy Association, which expressed these concerns in a meeting with officials on Thursday. “There’s a lot of stuff going on right now, and this is going to be a major implementation lift for large companies.”

Eric Conn, a workplace safety lawyer who met with OMB officials on behalf of a coalition of businesses with thousands of workplaces nationwide that generally support vaccine requirements, said he also raised questions about who would pay for coronavirus testing for employees.

“If you’re trying to get vaccine-resistant employees to get vaccinated, it would be crazy to require employers to pay for that testing option,” he said.

Conn was one of a handful of representatives who told The Washington Post that they had asked OSHA to delay implementing the requirement until after the holiday season.

Northern Territory Chief Minister Michael Gunner says his wife and son had to flee their home over the weekend as anger over his vaccination rules hits fever pitch in the Top End.

Demonstrators yelled out Mr Gunner’s home address and threatened to attack him at a rally held in Darwin on Saturday — after the leader introduced some of the world’s toughest mandate laws last week.

Mr Gunner told Sky News Australia he was extremely worried about his wife and son’s safety.

“The priority was obviously people knew where we lived, it was at a rally it was on the internet, you had no idea who was watching and my clear instinct was obviously don’t be at the house, the advice we received was don’t be at the house and so Kristy and Hudson got out of the house,” he said.

It’s understood the NT police Territory Response Group was sent to patrol Mr Gunner’s house on Saturday night, but the Chief Minister would not comment on the security details.

“I think people understand for good reasons I can’t provide details on what the security precautions are or have been to make people safe,” he said.

“We don’t want people knowing how we’re making sure that myself and my family are safe but obviously precautions had to be taken because of the threats that were made and my address was given out - and not just given out, people were encouraged to go to my house.”

Police say at least 1000 people were at Saturday’s rally, while organisers believe up to 3000 people attended.

Anger spilled over after the NT Government announced mandatory Covid-19 vaccines for anyone working in contact with a vulnerable person.

The new rules that make it mandatory for many workers who interact with the public to have their first jab by November 12. Second doses will need to be complete by December 24, otherwise they face fines of up to $5000.

The move has attracted negative attention from around the world.

US Republican Senator Ted Cruz weighed in on Twitter, describing the policy as “Covid tyranny” and saying it was “depressing and sad”.

Mr Gunner responded to Mr Cruz, defending his approach to Covid, in a post that has gone viral.

“Hey Ted Cruz, g’day from the Northern Territory in Australia. Here are some facts. Nearly 70,000 Texans have tragically died from Covid. There have been zero deaths in the Territory. Did you know that?” he wrote.

He went on to spell out that vaccination was key to the protection of vulnerable Aboriginal people who belonged to “the oldest continuous living culture on the planet”.

“We’ve done whatever it takes to protect the Territory. That’s kept us safe AND free. We have been in lockdown for just eight days in 18 months. Our businesses and schools are all open. Did you know that?” he said.

“We don’t need your lectures, thanks mate. You know nothing about us. And if you stand against a lifesaving vaccine, then you sure as hell don’t stand with Australia. “I love Texas (go Longhorns), but when it comes to Covid, I’m glad we are nothing like you.”

Mr Gunner’s tough vaccine rules have also been met with local opposition. The Country Liberal Party has described it as “draconian”, while Federal CLP Senator Sam McMahon likened it to Nazi Germany.

However, Mr Gunner is not backing down.

“You have a choice, if you want to work in a setting that interacts with vulnerable people, a classroom with kids who can’t be vaccinated, you can choose that, I’m asking you to choose to be vaccinated,” Mr Gunner told Sky News Australia.

“That child doesn’t get to choose to be vaccinated. An Aboriginal person in a remote community doesn’t choose to be vulnerable. You get to choose whether you work in that setting or not and we’re saying the health advice here is very clear that with the Territory and our vulnerable settings you need to be vaccinated if you want to work there.”
