Try using a can of slimfast or ensure for yr liquid in yr bread recipe. Ya don need a precise recipe . jus use bread flour, mix some yeast into some warm water and let it set till it starts working or bubbles, add can or two depending on how much ya want to make of slimfast or ensure (vanilla) mix up and bake slow and long instead of high and short (approx. 1 hr at 325 for loaves)

use all purpose flour for hot cakes, scones (fried bread) and misc stuff. Use bread flour for bread or add glutton to all purpose flour

No Joke Billbk

I know it may sound like it for it is so simple, and also the fact someone with such a joke for a name (wimpy) posted it, but it is very good and I find that not only is it simple, but also has lots of nutrients in it.( good yet nutritius and for those who yern to be lean and trim) It is an original from me (Robert Perl)

Why save all these originals I come to say to myself ? May as well let these good people that hang out on the TK get some benifit from them, for no food co is ever or would ever pay anything worth while for the thoughts. ????

Any one can get a recipe and follow it and make something, but it takes some one with _______ and _____ to make up something new or improve something. ????

Got a secret also on how to do a tempura type batter ( where the batter stays more white and light instead of turning brown.) Also a delicious mustard recipe . I'll put them on one of these days provided I don get kicked off of here for calling these ladies possible fats. ha ha.
