Of course it's only a painting, on depicting a code violation of the "flag".
Or should I say "false flag"? As in, if you look closely, there is a dirty white border at the blue portion of the flag. The US flag has no such border. Therefore, can one interpret it as Trump being a false flag bearer, while appearing, to many, as some sort of larger than life patriotic hero? As for the loose rock heap he is upon, I have no clue as to the painter's thoughts.
My guess is that people who have a velvet painting of dogs playing poker would also want this painting upon their wall, excluding flat earthers, of course.
That greyish band at the blue border is the reinforced edging that contains the grommets to attach to a pole. When was the last time you handled or hung a flag?
