Unanimous vote for both - Michael Whatley is the official RNC chairman and Lara Trump is the Co Chair.
He's a close friend of Donald Trump and leads the North Carolina. GOP
Lara is going to be the P.R. Department for raising money.

This is a huge win and now the RNC and Trump will be on the same team and same page with no RINO Rona McRomney backstabbing anymore.

KJ, I'm not sure they qualify as skeletons in the closet, but her two most notable attributes were strong family connections to the Republikrat establishment and an unbroken string of election cycle defeats.

Hailing from Michigan where she was chair of the Michigan GOP, she is not only George W. Romney's granddaughter but Mitt Romney's niece. Quoting that paragon of unvarnished truth Wikipedia: During McDaniel’s tenure as chair of the RNC, the Republican Party had a net loss of eight governorships, four seats in the United States Senate, and 20 seats in the House of Representatives, and the presidency. In December 2022, Axios wrote that McDaniel "has thus far failed to preside over a single positive election cycle."[1]

If nothing else, she should've been driven out of office after the disastrous 2022 election results during which the Republikrats once again managed to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. The country cannot endure such a debacle again.

What astounds me is that she was able to maintain her tenure as national head of the RNC for so long. That fact alone demonstrates to me that the core of the RINO establishment still has the national finances held firmly in its uniparty fist. If Mitch the Turtle McConnell has another stroke-related public freeze, another blot on the GOP will finally be out of the way.
