Most public figures have body doubles (especially in politics), but most are used for simple things like diverting a motorcade if there's a security issue. It gets a lot more concerning with Biden because we have no idea when a double is being used or which "Joe" is there on any particular occasion. Except I'm pretty sure the gaff-prone marble mouth they sent to Asia was the real one.

Joe's gait is a tell. He "places" his right foot, rather than the normal heel to toe rock. You can see this in the wear of the bottom of his shoes. (photo taken at his fall.) I would bet this is not him.
