The worst problems with todays christians IMHO is they follow different religions and rather than seek out their own salvation with fear and trembling, they lazily believe the man in the robe or pulpit.

True salvation was easiy found in the original King James Bible in red letter by Jesus himself AFTER he rose from the dead as he ascend in to heaven. Read his words in the last chapter of Mark and then go to Acts 2:38. All the new Bibles have actually left Jesus name out of the Bibles, the Mark 16 last chapter in red has a note above it stating this verse is not true!

Klaws Shwab said he has to get rid of these christians and start a new religion. Real christians are given power in prayer to loose and bind, therefore they are a mighty obstacle to satan.

You must be baptised in the sacrifice's name, "JESUS" ( NOT FATHER SON AND HOLY GHOST ) in water and baptised with the Holy Spirit as evidenced by speaking in tongues. The Bible tells you his true sheep will be sealed until the day of redemtion. Yes, I know it's not popular, but neither is going to Hell. The american judas goat churches refuse to preach true salvation. let it rip, I know what I know to true.

AND I realize the speaking in tongue thing will come back to bite me because PAUL said not to do it church. There are two tongues given to those who have the Holy Ghost. One tongue, the one you first speak in is a language known only unto GOD, it is your prayer language, satan cannot hinder those prayers in that tongue.

No man can understand it so, Paul knew that and said don't pray in that language while together. The second tongue is a gift of the Holy Ghost, it entails one will speak in a KNOWN language on earth but not a language the speaker knows such as mandarin, farci etc. This is used by God to actually speak to a congrgation in such a way that no one can deny it was from GOD.

So, if it happens in church one will automatically be taken over by the Holy Ghost and speak out loud in a foreign language, one he does not know. As soon as the speaker ends, immediately another person with that gift, the Holy Spirit will promt this person who also does not know that language to interpret in english for the congregation. It is an honor and wonder to see it, hear it or better yet be one used by GOD to deliver it.

Someone takes you by the hand as you walk into water. They place a piece of cloth over your nose to keep water out of your nose. They say to you, "do you repent of all your sins" you say yes and you are gently tilted backwards until you go under the water while the person states, "I baptise you in the name of Jesus Christ for remission of sins". You come out of water speaking in tongues or not, it will come later" Done, Finished. Now fast, pray, live your life as best you can using the big 10 as your guide. Ok... You get "baptized" ( I put " " on that because Jesus said in Matt 28:18 "And Jesus coming, spoke to them, saying: All power is given to me in heaven and in earth. 19 Going therefore, teach ye all nations; baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost."

You're not using the proper words, invalidating the 'baptism'. By saying you're sorry for your sins and getting dunked in the water you are simply getting wet. A frightening thought for those who were 'baptized' this way. Not saved yet.

Does anyone understand what you are saying when you're talking in tongues? I'll bet no. If you don't know what you are saying in tongues and no one else does either what's the point? It sounds demonic to me.

So now you can go and sin and still be saved? Say you're married and decide to have an affair for a while. Or embezzle $200,000.00 because the opportunity fell into your lap. Are you still saved if you die soon after your transgression?

But does it really matter if you're already saved?

I ask this because I knew a woman who was 'saved' as was her friend. Her friend ended up embezzling a lot of money from her church. I asked the woman if her friend was still saved, and what she told me was that she must not have truly been saved to begin with. But she THOUGHT she was. How many people think they are saved but aren't really?

How does one know if they are truly saved? I don't think you can answer that. That's because no one can know if they are saved until they die and meet God.

Presuming you are saved is the sin of presumption. Be careful.

Do you believe Jesus is your savior, if so, do what He says to be saved? Quit playing games. Mathew, Mark, Luke and John were the very disciples who baptized all that would in the name of Jesus only. Prior to Jesus, all were baptised in the name of JOHN (the baptist). Satan is a deciever, don't be decieved, Father, Son, Holy Ghost are titiles not names, same as mother, brother or son. The word tells you by no other name can you be saved.

The Catholic changed Jesus name baptisim in the 1800, just as they changed the sabbath from Saturday to Sunday in honor of the sun god.

No one on this earth can understand your prayer language, God made sure his sheep's prayers to him could not be hindered. The second tongue is a code for assuring his sheep it is he speaking to them.

You would want to fast and pray and try to live a clean life for the spirit of God lives in you.

Most of the state is “going all in” just as every other state in the path is doing.

I’m following a Facebook group, just for curiosity sake. The posts are from all OVER advertising camping etc.

People commenting that they’re driving from Georgia, Seattle to stay with relatives or whatever ….you name it. They’re coming.

Oh.My.Grief. I watch JD Farag's 3 PM Sunday weekly prophecy update faithfully every week, ever since I learned about it on this forum years ago. His topic today was the eclipse; a very informative and interesting discussion. As he was headed for the conclusion, a congregant suddenly started screeching at the top of her lungs. The broadcast was suspended briefly, as prayers for her deliverance could be heard. T paraphrase his closing comments, when the devil gets upset, you know you are over the target. Go JD!

I will be watching from my backyard. I hope it's not cloudy that day, but it will still get eerily dark. I'm in the path, though kind of on the outskirts, and the interwebs tell me I'll see totality for 1 1/2 minutes.

We went to Somerset KY to watch the 2017 eclipse. My son, who was 19 at the time, said it was the most amazing thing he'd seen in his life. :) I agree, it was pretty damn cool. Unfortunately he lives just outside the Path. I hope he'll come home that day or at least watch the partial. My daughter teaches and her school is closing that day, so she plans to hang out with me. We have our glasses.

Last eclipse, at the IL State Park where we stopped, my son & I played "Ray Charles" frisbee during the festivities with our glasses on. The DW taped it, we just watched it a few weeks ago. good humor.

There's some study going on about Nineveh being saved during an eclipse, that's why they totally repented during their vast wickedness. What if the eclipse on April 8th, going through 8 Nineveh's is a sign of judgement for the USA? If that is the case is it possible we will have judgement come upon us 40 days from April 8th? Only God knows but that would put us smack into Saturday May 18, 2024, a Sabbath day. Just posing a line of thought.
