COMM Internet problems

Hey folks.The last fews days (since the cyber attacks on the nation), we have been having internet problems on the home cable internet system.

The internet has been extremely slow and spotty.

Now my cell net is having troubles being real slow.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Is it possibly the chinese hacking everything to bring the net down here in america?

No, but you can run a speed test. Not hard, just google it.

We use it to check our speeds and determine if Comcast is slowing us down and charging for a higher rate.

Same here. Internet was out on Sunday. Cell phone been slow/won't load stuff lately. I think it is all related. This is the cyber pandemic they were talking about at the WEF.

What I've noticed is that last night many US sites and some in Europe would just give a "this site is temporarily out of service."

The websites were both commercial and non-commercial and it seemed pretty random; I figured it was just spilling over from denial of service attacks in general.

Wednesday was slow at home via Comcast.
I just chalked it up to the fact it was a snow day, and even more people we home.

Yesterday, computer acted like it was swimming in cold molasses (Metaphor there) Most of the afternoon. Got bad enough I unplugged and replugged wherever and recycled the modem to no avail. Perked up later in the evening.

Have had problems with cell and cable here.

You know how cable can freeze and the screen "locks" and you have to reboot, power on/off, stand on your head, cuss it out etc. to get it working again. I took a pic of my frozen screen 2 nights ago, it was the alonetogether bs public service announcement.

Wish I could get the pic to post, freaked me right out i tell ya!
