I have some regular ones that can be used as pads , but I'm thinking more in terms of the underware type.Oh yes absolutely. It could make a good trauma bandage also, even a diaper for a little. But if for you, get the biggest size. If you get stuck somewhere in your vehicle or other reasons, this is a good thing to have. I keep a few in my backpack in the jeep.
not the kind of advice I was looking forA bear pees in the woods - buy Charmin
I'm mostly interesting in information of the wearable underware, how the fit and how effective they are.

Fit your car windows with black out curtains - fleece fabric, or the insulated sun block foil stuff for privacy window shields. Use magnets or sticky velcro. Check Bob Wells RV YouTubes on "...So, I have to ask, What do you do for a bathroom?" He asks everyone he interviews. Lots of women have resorted to living in their cars, and they are NOT using diapers! All I can think of here is, UTI - you wouldn't leave a baby for hours in a wet/dirty diaper.Women have hard time going p if stuck in a car. Yes they make good bandages.
Prep for every contingency possible I always say.
I agree, but there are better alternatives for anyone who is just looking at long car rides. Both will cover all contingencies.I have mentioned before that adult diapers are a very good prep item. They could be invaluable in case of illness. They could save so much work and laundry if someone is very ill.
Shrug. I'd hunker down for most stuff. Tsunami, fire, volcano, massive floods.... Might decide it is best to leave.I never could understand bugging out, you can't take enough preps with you. So I bought my bug out location and live here full time with a huge amount of preps. And loads of toilet paper....LOL
Agreed. We've always lived in our "bug out" location. But the bugout bags are always by the door... just in case.Shrug. I'd hunker down for most stuff. Tsunami, fire, volcano, massive floods.... Might decide it is best to leave.
Even better at absorbing than Kevlar for sure! The depends kind.

Thanks dear lady, you are so correct.Judy... half this group is about 13 years old, mentally. You really need to learn to ignore the silly or snarky stuff and (hopefully) weed out the useful posts.

I think of those folks stuck in evacuation traffic before hurricanes or wildfires. Probably wouldn't be a bad thing to have.

I agree. If you've ever been stuck in traffic, and saw people getting out of their vehicles to pee right where they stand, or squat, you would think Depends is a good thing to have on hand just in case. It's not a pretty sight.
I got stuck in Thanksgiving traffic in DC coming home from training. 4 miles in 3 hours. Very glad I kept an empty half gal Gatorade bottle. I don't know what my wife would have done if she were with me.

Sorry I can't help you, I prefer the unwearable underwear.I'm mostly interesting in information of the wearable underware, how the fit and how effective they are.

If you have a need for these, and you are service connected, the VA will pay for these. You just have to get your VA Dr to prescribe them. The VA pharmacy will supply them as they do any medication or DME equipment.I know nothing about this product and would welcome some suggestions. One never knows when something like this would be needed.

I remember being a little kid and doing this. Used the car door and Mom as buffers from prying eyes. These days that would get you arrested for child abuse or something. I remember it made me very nervous and self conscious. But...when you gotta go, you gotta go or you will find you've already gone.I agree. That's good to know, although I don't need them, but I'm old so you never know. I wasn't interested in them to actually pee in, I have a cup thingie for women to pee in.If you have a need for these, and you are service connected, the VA will pay for these.
