Which gets the question why are the liberals backing platforms which will destroy this country?

That's easily answered.

1) They're often stupid (not that many libs in STEM fields or skilled trades, those require too much gray matter), and have no idea.

2) They have Dunning-Kruger Syndrome, and sincerely believe "this time will be different, no one has properly tried socialism in all of history, we're smarter than everyone who failed the 10,000 times it's been tried before", etc.

3) They don't care either way, as it's all about power and loot they don't have to earn.

4) They hate our country and its Heritage people, genuinely wanting them humiliated, impoverished, ravaged, enslaved, conquered, and extincted. If nonChristian or nonwhite, it's that they're enemies who shouldn't even be here. If one of those, it's some kind of serious psychiatric issue.
