It will only happen if the people allow it to happen and you do not need a lawyer to defend your constitutional rights in a court of law. The idea is to make it to a federal court as quickly as posable and you do that when you see the court going against you and then you say "I see we are done here please forward this to next higher court."
The court filing needs to be done with the proper wording that they should know they cannot get away doing what ever they want and when you get to a federal court you should get the proper relief and the lower court judges get their a$$ burnt for not giving to you the right's, privilege's and immunity's with the United States constitution.

The cities are generally blue, and a few counties are blue. Very blue. But most of the rural counties of the country, which is most of the land area, are red. The problem is not only that they cheat (unproven) but that most of the population is in the blue cities and they outnumber the rest of us. They also helped this along with some "nice" gerrymandering. Even a lot of Democrats here own guns, so this is mostly just a function of Portland, I think, and the communist government of Oregon.

What amazes me is how many states are ignoring the Supreme Court's rulings in Heller and Bruen. Even the all mighty federal courts seem to be saying to the SC go **** yourself.

At what point do we all pick the best states for survival (plenty of water, good soil, decent amount of lumber etc)...and start moving to those states wholesale? The main liberal play is divide and conquer. As long as we stay spread out over the entirety of the 50 states, the liberals will continue to win using that play.

I'm not trying to be snarky, I'm genuinely asking.

We ain't seen nothin' yet! Since the so-called justice dept has gone full-on commie we'll have no assistance from them. Quite the opposite. The United States government is nothing more than the Gestapo on steroids and the courts be damned.

I wish!! The problem is that TPTB in the red states are sitting on their hands doing nothing. By the time they do anything, if the do at all, it will be too late. Between the cheating and all of our newly minted "citizens" the red vote will be so diluted that it will be impossible to accomplish.

Oregon used to be quite conservative, up until the mid to late 80’s. From that point forward, there were too many California communists moving north. They changed the balance of power. I would never go back to oregon. It’s dead to me now.

Yes, this is the state that decriminalized drugs. Oops, failed and is now criminal again. It is safe to be and talk blue until the consequences kick in.

The process is the punishment! The left doesn't care if they lose a case it ain't their money, you or your business still has to pay fees and fines or bonds or loss of work or judgements or seizure of property....... On and on and on.
Then they will change the wording in the law claim it is all brand new super legal and start in on you again.
What's the word now "Lawfare".

and this is exactly what is happening to Arizona and Nevada, and soon Texas.
