Misc Homemade ostomy adhesives

With all the push to get folks deathjabbed and the obviously-possible denial of medical care and supplies, a topic that came up in a discussion was a friend's ability to work around ostomy supplies. The one consumable that hasn't been solved is an adhesive skin-to-parts. Anyone got any ideas or 'recipes' for ongoing self-supply of such? What would seal well enough to not cause "diaper rash on steroids"?

My sister‘s step son has this issue due to a horrific auto accident with a drunk diver. Hope for some good info to share, he is a sweetheart...

What a world….

Not sure what language this is, but a very creative solution. It looks like she used disposable chucks for the temporary wafer which should be easy to cut to size for the stoma and provide some leakage control. Putting the rolled tape sticky side out close to the stoma opening was smart as it stabilizes the wafer. Tape all around the edge and you've got a pretty good set up there. The tincture of benzoin is worth a try and using 3M micropore tape will help prevent rash and maybe skin breakdown.
