Groups That Spent Years Calling White Americans Racist Are Now Crawling Back For Their Votes

A new Democrat-aligned group is now attempting to acquire white American votes by doubling down on talk of equity and race, according to Politico.

Then-presidential candidate Donald Trump carried the non-college white vote 64-28 in 2016, although President Joe Biden improved that number for Democrats in 2020, carrying 36% of the non-college white vote, according to Pew Research. The White Stripe Project, a Democratic initiative, calls for a more targeted method of going after white voters by embracing racial equity and activating white non-voters.

“White voters have disproportionate political power,” said Erin Heaney, executive director of Showing Up for Racial Justice (SURJ), according to Politico.

“We know that race is an incredibly powerful tool to keep people, white people, silent and separated from the multiracial coalitions we need to win,” Heaney said.

Democrats have called for a racial reckoning after the killing of George Floyd and have shifted their messaging toward race, with multiple 2020 Democratic presidential candidates saying white supremacy is a prominent issue in the country.

“White supremacy … is the single most dangerous terrorist threat in our homeland,” Biden said at Howard University in May, according to Politico.

“White supremacy is deeply ingrained in our culture and in white people.” Heaney said in November 2022.

“There are plenty of white working people who have supported Trump, MAGA candidates and straight up white supremacy,” she wrote in a November 2022 tweet.

Steve Phillips, a Democratic political analyst and author and President of the Sandler Phillips Center (SPC), doesn’t think race-centered messaging should be left behind for more race-neutral messaging, according to Politico.

Democratic National Committee officials said that despite recent stops in majority-white districts for Biden, there is no plan to stop discussing “racial equity,” according to Politico.

The above link is to the SURJ homepage. It doesn't take much to research the enemy these days. They're proud of their 'alternative' lifestyles.

In describing the executive director of SURJ, the following quote is offered: "Erin is a queer woman from a white Irish-Italian union family from Buffalo, NY where she lives with her wife Emma."

If these are the current and future defenders of Liberty, we are SOOOOO screwed.
Never ever forget that LBGTQ+ are exempt for being deployed overseas. So they won't defend anything there or here. Here they have corporations and politicians defending them.

Can't you just see 1,100 LBGTQ+ soldiers in Niger. And what would happen to them. Saudia Arabia? So they will sit here in front of their mirror adjusting their lipstick. Trying to decide if it matches their BDU's.

They’ll always get the “vote blue no matter who” crowd. They’re too brain dead to know any better.
I used to work with a guy who is mostly conservative as I am yet votes straight democrat. Why? He came from a union family in Minnesota. His daddy voted straight democrat. His grand pappy voted straight democrat and by god he will always vote straight democrat. Try to tell him its not his daddies democratic party anymore? Might as well argue with a fence post. :shr:

Yup. The moron class.

ETA: My parents were staunch democrats. Mom was a bookkeeper and step-dad a longshoreman. We lived in Portland (yes, THAT Portland.) They voted straight ticket. So when I came of age in the mid-70’s, so did I. They stood for what I believed in: small government, no wars, leaving people alone. The republicans were in favor of big government, constant wars, and rigid control of the people. But as I got older, the Democrat (and honestly, the Republican as well) party started shifting to the left. Ultimately over the course of about 15-20 years, the parties shifted so far left that the republicans took over the positions the democrats held when I turned 18. Of course, the dems by then were well on their way to full communist. So I stopped voting dem, and started voting rep.

This continued until the 2004 cycle (hanging chad time), when I realized that we were all being played. I was so pissed off! Until that moment, I had still thought that our government wanted to make things better for us, even if it often couldn’t hit the ground with its hat, it was then that I dropped out of voting in disgust (I mean, why bother?) until Trump. Any election he’s in, I’ll vote for him, even if it might be completely futile. And once he’s permanently out of the picture, I will never vote again.

It’s all a huge con. No career politician has our best interests in mind. They’re all traitors and deserve to be dragged out and shot, and their bodies left to bloat.

F’ing rat bastards.

So the Dem's noticed their "Big Tent" is emptying out?

Calling people nasty names? Accuse them of stuff they didn't do? Take them for granted and treat them with contempt? After decades of broken campaign promises their voters wise up? ... and then they have the nerve to leave?

Wonder why? :jstr:
