Green Tea

Hi, Country! I drink at least one to three cups of green tea a day, most days. For lots of reasons. Green tea is both a stimulant and an antioxidant. with many healing applications. One of the polyphenols (EGCG) is over 200times more powerful antioxidant than vitaminE. It also increases energy& can help in weight loss. Certain health conditons....asthma, high cholesterol, breast cancer, cancer, cirthosis of liver, food poisoning, diabetes, eczema, periodontal disease, flu, wrinkles, etc.... may benefit from green tea. Interesting note, although you use green tea to help prevent cold & flu, one should discontinue if one does get flu. There are some other precautions with certain meds ( i.e.like counteracts any blood thinning meds because it contains vit K)....and surely the amount one uses is a consideration for all......so how many cups do you drink, Country? Excuse me now..gotta go turn the teapot on.

I only drink about one cup. If I do this when getting up early in the morning and before I start chores it some times makes my stomach a little uneasy. I wonder why?
