I miss working out in a gym. But I live too far from any of them. I have a home gym, but its not the same.

snarky, but how is "grunting, screaming, and dropping weights" proof of being fit and knowledgeable?

It doesn't but it's as annoying as all get out. My biggest pet peeve is the dropping of the weights. It shows me that the person doing the lifting was hot dogging it and lifting too much and did not have control of the weights. Speaking for myself, I am NOT impressed. Grunting is okay but screaming is what drama queens (kings) do and is a little much.

I couldn't care less about their politics.

That's because you aren't a woman in the WOMAN'S locker room when some freak walks in for his cheap peep show.

I have never heard of an instance where a bio female wants to use the men's locker room because they identify as male. I have heard of bio females using the men's after transition though.

I have a fitness program that is free and I accomplish things. Great for the upper body and cardio.

I've heard that over the last couple of years as much as 50% of men have dropped out of gyms - simply because women love to come in seductively dressed and on camera catch some man barely glancing at them and then post it on youtube calling them creeps.

IMO if this doesn't stop the gyms will all go out of business.

Most men are hoping they will open men only gyms. Which I totally support.
