Last time we went to McDonalds while on a trip, I ordered my DW a fish sandwich, no cheese. When we got our order and was headed out, she unwrapped the sandwich and there was a bun and a piece of cheese. We were like WT actual F? I went inside and said where is the fish, they said oh you ordered a fish sandwich no fish. I was dumbfounded. They gave me the right sandwich after I almost had a come apart.
Wow! I'd start by reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. After that,.. it depends on how much money we're talking. But if they don't have "all sales final" posted everywhere, they are breaking the law...I experienced the WORST customer service yesterday. I don't want to mention the name of the store because I'm not sure how I'm going to proceed. Last night I bought something from this store. I paid cash for it. I took it home and found out it didn't work. So today, less than 24 hours later I took it back and the store told me “NO” even though I still had the receipt. I asked if I could get a replacement instead then. Again this person told me "NO." I asked to talk to a manager now as I'm really not happy and I explained that I had just bought the item, had got it home and it didn't work. The manager just smiled and told me to my face that I was "OUT OF LUCK."No refund. No FREE replacement. Grrrrrrrrr. . I'll tell you what...I am NEVER buying another Lottery Ticket from that store.
But it wasn't me. It was "Funny Stuff Found on the Internet".Summer, you DO understand that nehimama bought a LOTTERY TICKET, right? And the ticket was NOT A WINNING TICKET. You don't get free replacements for lottery tickets. Right?
