Das rat. But big Arab bucks TRUMP loyalty to the cause.
'Derecho' was adopted only because one word is easier to say than a whole sentence...
""Derecho
Widespread, long-lived, straight-line wind storm associated with a land-based, fast-moving group of severe thunderstorms.""
But now it's all trendy to say Derecho instead of just saying Storm.
Yeah, you hunt up a single word to replace a sentence full of words...then forget the meaning of the word. All storms are not 'derechos'...only 'long-lived, straight-line wind storms' are.
I'm still alive too, and don't care what other people call them. Living is the most important thing.Well I've lived through a couple of derechos recently, the one in 2020 we were without power for five days basically, and half the state was without power for two weeks... in August! The most recent derecho event was in December of 2021, not a great time to lose power, or have tornadoes.
Now back to our regularly scheduled political cartoons.
I'm still alive too, and don't care what other people call them. Living is the most important thing.
But lets not forget the RINOs. Here's one from a while back...
