It had better be to indite the bitch! Because if they don't then this will be the first shot of the Second American Revolution. Once the right of law is done.....all is done. Could be interesting!

If hillary skates then I would expect numerous leaks and a practical insurrection among most of the agents within the FBI (and the DOJ as a whole). Those agents should be raising total hell right about now and they should be shouting from the rooftops about all the things that the clintons (and obama, too, for that matter) have done in the dark.

What I'm wondering is how much additional "input" is going to be coming from "over seas" regarding "leaks".

Crap, this can't be good. If he was recommending indictment, he'd just be sending it up to Justice. A press conference means excuses...

If he let's this treason go, what will we do? Based on the last few decades of erosion of our liberties, nothing.

Yeah, I think it is too soon after Hillary's interview on Saturday for them to have the report finalized and ready to send to DOJ. It is probably just reassurance about the non-effect of the Lynch-Clinton meeting on the investigation. That being said, boy I really hope this is the long awaited announcement of the Clinton's referral for criminal action to the DOJ.

Hillary is going to walk and the fix is in if this news conference has anything to do with Hillary. Hillary is traveling with Obama today on AF1 campaigning. There is no way that Hillary would be traveling with Obama on Air Force One today is she was about to be indicted. If she walks I think that backlash is going to be a lot greater than what they might think. It would mean that the rule of law in this country is totally dead if your not one of the upper 1/10th of the 1%.

There is a remote possibility that the Clintons are out of the loop on this presser and have no idea what he's going to say. I doubt this, but it is a possibility. If so, I'd love to be a fly on the wall seeing their abject terror. Like most others here, I suspect that there will be little of substance, but if - as others have speculated - Comey announces his resignation and offers a real reason (instead of the all too common DC butt covering), such as "I cannot in good consciousness remain in my position with the Department of Justice pressuring this agency to derail its investigation," you can kiss the Cartoon Clintoons' butts goodbye.

I seriously doubt that this will happen, but one can hope.

Considering she's out with Obama today I'd say she's walking free. Obama wouldn't be out with her if Comey was going to indite her.

It will be the death of her campaign. She might as well take her foundation money & move. Although I would suspect that quite a few of the "donors" will want their money back. If they do not get the refund, then she may have reason to worry.

Once again, I expect to see an insurrection within the DOJ over this and it will (likely) manifest itself with numerous leaks to places like drudge, breitbart and other similar, non-mainstream news, websites.

Her lawyers purged systems so they couldn't be further reviewed...no evidence of intentional but they were improperly handling the material. By statute she's in the crap. Also multiple servers....not enough for prosecution. Just extremely careless. WTF?!?
