It's 10.30pm in Sydney. One of the recent posts encouraged me to register tonight. This forum in its various forms since before Y2k has proved to be a wonderful source of breaking news - especially on financial markets - which is one of my areas of interest. Without doubt, your members are some of the best newshounds on the Web.

Thanks again everyone, and I shall enjoy participating from time to time when appropriate.

Welcome and feel free to join in anytime, your economic news area usually tells us things in advance of ours I've discovered in the past.... Seems you know American hot spots in the media first, then they literally filter into the US media. So if you see something in your papers or hear of something in your area first a heads up from you would be a bonus to us all....

Welcome whitebird. One of my favorite posters on another board was from Sydney. It will be very interesting to get your views on what in the heck is going on.
