was out and about today and couldn't help hearing a couple folks (who apparently have family members in jail) talking about a person in jail in Kenosha on ebola fears? I came home and googled the story and found this...but why would they take her all the way to Kenosha? Tried to see if this was posted here but couldn't get anything to come up? Doesn't make sense to me.

A woman from Liberia who was detained at O’Hare International Airport was monitored for the Ebola virus as a precaution while being temporarily held at the Kenosha County Jail, though she showed no signs of being sick, officials said Thursday.
The woman was sent back to O’Hare and the custody of federal authorities at about 5 a.m. Thursday, according to the Kenosha County sheriff’s department, which did not say why she was detained.

The woman was taken to the jail in Wisconsin at about 1 a.m. Wednesday after being detained by federal authorities at O’Hare, Sheriff David Beth said.
Upon screening the woman at intake, jail officials discovered that though she had flown from Belgium, she was from Liberia, a country where the deadly Ebola virus has spread. Though the woman did not appear to be sick, jail guards were understandably nervous, Beth said, and took precautions to isolate the woman in a separate cell.
The jail contacted officials from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the state health department and local hospitals in case the woman became ill, Beth said.

Jail officials monitored the woman regularly for any symptoms, including taking her temperature twice a day, Beth said.
The virus is transmitted only by direct contact with bodily fluids, but the woman was placed in a negative air flow cell as a precaution, though the sheriff said that was probably not necessary.
Beth referred all questions to federal officials about why the woman was detained and why she was expected to be deported. U.S. Customs and Border Protection, which is handling the case, has not yet answered questions about it.
Federal authorities assured jail officials that they screened the woman at the airport following CDC guidelines for admittance to the United States, and that the woman was healthy, jail officials said in a news release.
