I thought I'd set this thread up for those who know people in Mexico or have found websites/blogs in which personal stories have been mentioned.
I'm sure a grand total of zero of us trust the information given by the Mexican authorities which, right now, are more likely to be trying to stop a complete breakdown of services and Government.
The BBC has posted several emails from Mexico City, and, being the worlds premier English language news service, it's likely to attract more from the people of Mexico.
Email after email tells one story. The numbers are wrong. The number of dead in some cities being more than the sum total of all the dead in Mexico.
