OP-ED Did we lose?

I find myself both extremely sad and angry because of the devastating blows to civil liberties and personal freedoms which have resulted from COVID19. Constitutional protections are all but gone.

Was this the final blow?
How will we ever get back what has been given away during this pandemic?

Soon we will have mandatory contact tracing apps on our phones which will be required to participate in the world. They've already told us this is happening. Google and Apple, etc. probably already have these things on the shelf and ready to go.
And they will bring these new tools of control and braindead Americans will embrace them. Many are asking for it. Demanding it.

The Coronavirus and all the (real or imagined, man-made or naturally occurring) viruses that come hereafter, are the perfect boogeymen. Invisible and around every corner. It's an absolute wet dream for control freaks and sociopaths and psychopaths and all of those who like to use fear as a weapon. It's the greatest thing that ever could have happened for them.
And they will use it to the utmost of their ability to further enslave us all.

I feel like the freedom loving people of this country have lost.
It breaks my heart.

Million's upon million's of people are going to resist all aspects of these C-19 measures they're touting, especially the vaccine! Government's will end up planting 100 times more people due to civil unrest and/or civil war than any virus can plant. Just my two cents worth.

IMHO, we're still in the ASK, stage in the ask, tell, make, continuum. The few outlier events like seen at churches and rhetoric from halfWhitmer in Michigan aren't pervasive, yet.

Rest assured, they are going to force us farther along the continuum no matter what we do. I'm not rushing the issue. Anyone wanting that is more insane than our Bad Betters.

Each state can take one "dormer". The second or third "dormer" will put some in a fetal position on both sides. Others will go "Full William Tecumseh Sherman" on both sides. FWIW, I'll wait thank you.

That being said, just like a bar fight, you fight your way out with the crew you walked in with, no matter who started it.
Perspective could change the opinion of whether it is an L or a W.

We still have that one final vote to cast...

What I am seeing is us going back to more of a 2950's mindset. Less dependence on the Govt and less working for Bling.

The whole SJW Whine of the Day is breaking down-no one wants to hear about your 'Feelings'.

Hollyweird and Celebrities are breaking down and now getting laughed at. No one cares.

The Dems have gone from Insane to slavery at the mouths with feces on their Flanks insane and people-including Liberals are seeing it.

The only places where full-Gestapo has started are Dem controlled areas=it is backfiring.

Bringing production back.

More self-reliance.

As faras Tracking-Google already does it via your smartphone-they even kindly send me an email every month showing me where I went on a map. I use it as a reminder that, if I need to do anything a bit unethical to not carry my phonewith me.

There's nothing like scarce necessities and sudden penury to rouse the peasants against their betters. Shall we wonder why government is clamping down like a bad remake of Red Dawn?
