It would seem the Marxist Democrat effort to expel the only Republican House member who has really called their bluff on the TREASON they have done since November 3rd has collapsed.

The link is here. It turns out even Nancy Piglosi doesn't want to get involved.

Yesterday, Dem Rep. Jimmy Gomez (D-CA) introduced legislation to expel Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) from Congress.

I believe some of my @HouseGOP colleagues — and one in particular — wish harm upon this legislative body. I won’t watch @RepMTG threaten our democracy and do nothing.

That same day Twitter locked Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s account.
They later claimed it was an accident.:jstr:

That effort has fallen apart.

OANN reported:
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) dismissed a move to expel a Republican representative from Congress. On Friday, Pelosi said she did not want to be involved with the effort to kick out freshman Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.).
“Members are very unhappy about what happened here and they can express themselves the way they do,” Pelosi stated. “What Mr. Gomez did is his own view and that is not leadership position.”
“Not leadership position” means it’s not going to happen.
Even Nancy Pelosi couldn’t find a real reason to expel Marjorie Taylor Greene.

Not only that, but even the better educated Democrats are likely to realize that starting to expel members of congress for opinions they don't like not only is like to back-fire on them spectacularly but also brings the US closer to the situation in ancient Athens, just before it fell apart.

Back then, the voters (all male citizens) were convinced to vote this and that Leader into "exile" and eventually depopulated the city-state of any real leaders, leaving them open to dissolution and conquest.

There were always excuses like corruption or other charges, but it was really about one party wanting to get rid of the other guy from the other side.

It isn't like the Democrats have a large enough majority they can be certain that someone in the Senate might die tomorrow and be replaced by a Republican governor (with a Republican Senator), or that the House could fall to the Republicans in about 1 1/2 years from now.

And if you are a career politician, that isn't a very long time...
