Marine: Why not ask Tired Old Man? GR's his favorite target. I just dropped a 10-ton concrete block on him to be different - TOM's always wanting to shoot him from 600 yards in his stories, so in my story, to give TOM a serious belly laugh, I dropped a 10-ton concrete block on GR from 600 yards away.

I can't get into TOM's stories. Way too much detail for me. I tried a few and made it most of the way through China Lake, but I just can't hang on through the all details.

I think he's a great writer, don't get me wrong.
