Seed Cilantro/Coriander

I planted cilantro for the first time this year. It grew beautifully. It has now gone to seed. I am harvesting the seed.

Has anyone harvested it before? I'm not sure how much to save for planting next year or save for grinding.

I don't know the answer, I'm in the same situation as yourself so will be watching for an answer from someone who knows!

I also have sage to harvest. Never did that before either. I could swap seeds if anyone wants some.

Save twice as many seeds as you think you'll want to plant next time. That way you won't be without if something happens to the first planting. ALWAYS keep at least a little bit of seed back when you plant anything.
