Outgoing Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) said Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press” that she will do whatever it takes, including running for president, to stop Donald Trump from becoming president again.

Anchor Chuck Todd said, “Donald Trump ends up the nominee in 2024. You’ve said you won’t be a Republican anymore, so it implies you think the party can be saved.”

Cheney said, “I think the party has to come back from where we are right now, which is a dangerous and toxic place, or the party will splinter, and there will be a new conservative party that rises if Donald Trump is the nominee of the Republican Party, the party will shatter, and there will be a conservative party that rises in its place.”

Todd asked, “What would it take for you to run for president?”

Cheney said, “I’m going to be focused on all the things we’ve been talking about. I care deeply, as I know you do, as millions of people do about this nation and about the blessing we have an a constitutional republic. So whether that means helping other candidates, helping to educate people around the country, I have been on a number of college campuses, very inspired by the young people, but I’m focused on what we have to do to save the country from this very dangerous moment we’re in, not right now on whether I’m going to be a candidate or not.”

Todd said, “Some people suggest if he would be a third-party candidate it will by enough to stop Trump.”

Cheney said, “Well we’ll do whatever it takes as I said. He will not be president again.”

Not so subtle physical threat.

They are terrified of Donald Trump.

He's been vilified ever since he announced, with the attacks growing exponentially after he was elected POTUS. Even after two impeachments, a rigged election, numerous spurious charges, manufacturing bullshit out of whole cloth, etc., etc... they will not let up.

There is a HUGE CLOSET full of "things" that are included in "whatever it takes." One is reminded of "Won't SOMEONE rid me of this troublesome priest!!??" and the results thereof.

It is hoped that none of HER acolytes decide to rid HER of this Orange Man Bad.

I PERSONALLY don't mind HOW Ahab she gets with her own Orange Whale, but, the acolytes need to stay inside of the lines.

You can tell how much Trump loves this country because he knew that they would come after him after he won but he is still willing to run again. The little people may have to elect him again to get them to shut up. I am sure that he has learned his lesson and will fire everyone when he is elected again. He would do better having a bunch of truck drivers working for him than the last batch!!!!!!!

I hope President Trump runs again and wins with an honest vote count this time. She will run alright as in getting out of Dodge. She is so arrogant she doesn't realize she is done.

Also, scores in DC will think they are safe by retiring in droves and I hope they are not. Bye-bye pensions you bunch of traitors.

And if Congressman McCarthy starts acting like McConnell over in the Senate he can leave town too.

Remember her father Dick Cheney stated on 24 Jun 2014 on Hugh Hewitt show, that he did not think America would make it through another decade without a 9/11 type attack. Went on to say he believed a nuclear bomb would be detonated in Washington DC within 10 years (coming up soon & same year as election). The explosion would result in catastrophic destruction for US government.

He went on to describe the specific contingency measure he was a part of implementing, for such an act....... he helped create the modern Continuity of Governance Program in wake of 9/11 attacks, stating plan is classified but consists of a shadow executive branch of government that is meant to operate in the background. It does not consist of elected officials and is located outside of DC. Its purpose it to take immediate control of the country after an attack. No existing Cabinet members or sitting member of Congress would be allowed to be involved in the "temporary" Executive Branch.

Mr. Cheney described this measure as a "safeguard" against power grabs by elected officials. This is supposedly to stabilize the country and re-institute a "Constitution based" government. Timing is interesting as daughter Liz would be running for President in 2024, but not a sitting politician, having lost her seat.....she could be placed in top position by this group of usurping leaders.

Right now when a State of the Union address is given, one Congressman stays alone in a selected place to ensure this Continuity of Gorvernance, but he would not be allowed to join the new Executive, according to tradition in place.
