I enjoy your posts . Well it seems when you get past your 20's some of us are on a "for the rest of life diet" ha. My wife and I both are very adamant about keeping our weight down close to where it should be.
I saw on the news a day or two ago where in 2000 about 15 % of ones were obese, now it is close to 35 %. People have let thereselves go in more ways than one. I encourage people to take care of themselves for I would like to see some of them around for a while. ha
