Cleaning around perimeters today. Trimming branches, getting rid of vines, etc. Not much poison ivy but the horse flies, oh my. One got me in the middle of my back 3x before I dispatched him. Normally they stay around the corral or the barn. Not this year. Putting on some heavy denim before continuing.
We have a bumper crop of big black wasps too but I haven't seen any in the fence row. I was worried about yellow jackets until the horse flies decided to crash my therapy session. Trimming the fence is great therapy.
