BREAKING: U.S. Government Dismisses Third Trial Group In Bundy Case – The Pete Santilli Show

Surprisingly, federal prosecutors Steven Myhre and Nadia Ahmed who have recently been scorned by Federal Judge Gloria Navarro for “flagrant” prosecutorial misconduct are still listed on the Bundy case.

In this live broadcast by Pete Santilli to share the exciting news about the dismissal of the third trial group, Pete questions whether or not it’s appropriate for Myhre or Admed to be providing their Washington DC front office at the Department of Justice with the information about the case. Can Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ Department of Justice, as well as recently appointed U.S. Attorney have confidence in the advice of Mhyre and Ahmed.

In the days leading up to the motion being filed Prosecutors were said to have been on edge while considering their options to move forward or dismiss. Today was also the deadline to appeal the judges decision to dismiss the case with prejudice of Cliven Bundy, his 2 sons, and Ryan Payne. In a bold move Prosecutors decided to file a motion to directly appeal to Judge Gloria Navarro instead of filing directly with the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. While defense teams are optimistic she will uphold her decision to dismiss the case against Bundy based on “willful misconduct” they are at the same time cautious to not be overly confident considering the strangeness of this case from the beginning.

Talking to some of the people on the inside they have the overwhelming feeling that by throwing the case back in her court the Prosecution is trying one last ditch effort to save face by putting a bad light on the Judges decision so that they look just a little better when Congressional hearings begin.

What about the original family The Hammonds ?

Father and son sent to jail for decades because a Back burn singer the BLM side of the fence

Turns out that ranch in that valley s a yellow cake field and this family would not cede to (Hillary) Federal buyout
( denied water rights)

Government version: www.justice.gov/usao-or/pr/eastern-oregon-ranchers-convicted-arson-resentenced-five-years-prison

The Heavy side: http://heavy.com/news/2016/01/dwigh...-age-bundy-armed-militia-judge-photos-family/

ETA: Hammond's Initially sentenced to 3 months in jail for arson
But politically Reviewed and sentence upgraded to 5+ years
Unconstitutional which unhinged the militia bringing in the Bundy's and assassination of Filicum

The BLM etc crapped in their nest, got caught and it is all damage control trying to make the anger go away.

Typical terrorcrat snow jobs

The not only should dismiss all that, but those involved on the Feddie time should get prison time or execution for those who killed folk like lavoy etc.

This is what is happening to LaVoy Finicum's family right now.....he was murdered by the FBI shooter, but nothing much seems to have come of it.

(Rick Bowmer | Associated Press file photo) In this Jan. 9, 2016, file photo, Robert "LaVoy" Finicum, left, a rancher from Arizona, talks to reporters at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge near Burns, Ore. The family of Finicum, an Arizona rancher fatally shot by Oregon State Police during the armed occupation of a national wildlife refuge, alleged in a federal lawsuit Friday, Jan. 26, 2018, that he was "deliberately executed by a preplanned government ambush." The wrongful-death lawsuit filed in Portland on the second anniversary of Finicum's death seeks at least $5 million in damages for his widow plus each of their 12 children.

They got caught rigging the trial for a conviction at any cost. The BLM not only hid evidence but they destroyed evidence that would show innocence in favor of the accused.
The DOJ was also found to be in on it. With these facts fully disclosed there is no way to ever have a fair trial.

That all depends on whether the guy that testified in closed hearing yesterday in DC told all about the U1 deal and I expect that the Hammond's ranch was near to that area.

Justice is coming folks. Have patience. Just watch the dems and how they are all acting. They are scared witless.

Isn’t conspiracy to murder a capital offense?

I don't know , I know injustice and justice, and lavoy did not get it, and I"m sure a group of people worked together to kill him. They even had those state trooper leave off their body camara in violation of established policy.

So aye Far as I know he was murdered under color of law by various ABC agencies carrying badges that they think makes them judge jury and executioner of everyone they don't like or their bosses don't like.

just another string of atrocities just like ruby ridge and Waco
