Known as the 30X30 agenda, this was adopted at COP15 globally to preserve biodiversity. Both Clinton and Obama went on a National Monuments spree, locking up important minerals from development. Look for Biden to make that pale in comparison.
If you have private land within the boundaries, you cannot will it or sell it to another private party. It must be sold to the federal government if you dispose of it. You can continue the current level of activity on the land, but you cab make no improvements, nor increase development and you cannot build or maintain roads.
