I have this recipe for beer bread. Dont know if you all have tried it yet, but it is super easy, and delicious.

Beer Bread

2 1/2 cups self rising flour
1/3 cup of sugar
12 oz. beer ( regular or light works fine)
melted butter/margarine

Preheat oven to 350F
Mix flour , sugar and beer, pour into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for about 40 minutes at 350F
Pour or brush melted margarine or butter on top of loaf and bake for another 10 minutes

Yummy:)

pour into a greased loaf pan.

Is that a small loaf pan or a large loaf pan or two small loaf pans?

I haven't seen small or large size loaf pans unless they were specaility items. Isn't the small size just shorter and large size longer then just a regular one? The size you see in the glass Pyrex size is the size of a regular loaf pan. So unless a recipe calls for a certain size then it should be referring to the regular size. You can always use two small size but not one large size for recipes.

Wonder what that'd taste like with raisins and pecans innit?
Maybe a little cinnamon or vanilla in with that sugar?
Maybe I'll find out next time I make it? :)
