BREAKING Islamic State just issued this statement that claims the “Battle of revenge for the killing of the two glorious sheikhs, the Commander of the Faithful, Abu Bakr al-Qurashi al-Baghdadi and [deceased ISIS spokesman] Abu al-Hasan al-Muhajir” is on.

So ISIS wants to give us a Christmas present?
Great. Hopefully we can send them a loaded Predator drone to where their leaders are staying.

Not too quickly, though...apparently they're killing Russian soldiers to pay us back for Baghdadi... I don't think I understand this war stuff?! :hmm:

The ISIS Twitter census: Defining and describing the population of ISIS supporters on Twitter
Although much ink has been spilled on ISIS’s activity on Twitter, very basic questions about the group’s social media strategy remain unanswered. In a new analysis paper, J.M. Berger and Jonathon Morgan answer fundamental questions about how many Twitter users support ISIS, who and where they are, and how they participate in its highly organized online activities.

Previous analyses of ISIS’s Twitter reach have relied on limited segments of the overall ISIS social network. The small, cellular nature of that network—and the focus on particular subsets within the network such as foreign fighters—may create misleading conclusions. This information vacuum extends to discussions of how the West should respond to the group’s online campaigns.

Yeah, Ivan doesn't go by PC all that much...Seeing as they see the Daesh bunch as straight up terrorists, they're very likely to go, as per past practices, old school "laws of war" and treat them as the illegal combatants that they are.....I'm guessing it won't be too long until we get reports of some of that Novichok nerve agent showing up in the wild in all sorts of interesting places in the ME....

Aww I see we misunderstood which message, and that you were letting us know that you are sending notes to us from the hospital. I hope a team of pretty nurses are soon telling you that all the tests results are stellar, and you should probably just add hamburgers & a cold beer to your Sunday routine!

...if you are admitted for longer, well, some of my bestholidays were spent in hospitals. Take good care, plz.
