BREAKING: TRUMP'S TWITTER WARRANT RELEASED
Special counsel Jack Smith issued a comprehensive search warrant for Trump's Twitter account, seeking information such as search history, drafted tweets, blocks, mutes, and device logins.
The warrant, targeting the company now known as X (previously Twitter), also demanded details on users interacting with Trump's account and is related to the investigation into the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot.
Twitter initially delayed complying with the warrant, resulting in a $350,000 fine.
The warrant covered a wide range of data from October 2020 to January 2021:
- all business records and subscriber information in any form pertaining to his account
- Identity and contact info, all usernames, all associated accounts linked via IP, length of service, and all info about connections to THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
- List of all devices used to log in and information about devices used to log in.
- Advertising info and IP addresses to create, log in to, and MANAGE his account from Oct 2020- Jan 2021.
- Privacy settings, including changes to privacy settings & ANY AND ALL COMMUNICATION BETWEEN TWITTER ACCOUNT AND TWITTER, INCLUDING CUSTOMER SUPPORT
- All users his account followed, unfollowed, muted, unmuted, blocked, unblocked, and ALL USERS WHO HAVE FOLLOWED, UNFOLLOWED, MUTED, UNMUTED, BLOCKED OR UNBLOCKED Trump's account.
- All info from the connect or notification tab, including all lists of Twitter users who have favorited or retweeted posts by Trump, including mentions.
- All searches performed by Trump's account.
- All location Data
