Apparently it’s not available on Kindle. Any idea why? They should be able to crank out an e-book before it’s dead tree edition.

Tyson and Fareed have been doing a superb job, as chronicled in the Desert Review and by Justus R. Hope. A complete storyline might be something I could get my wife to read.

One thing I've not found is specific interpretation of D-dimer test results, to include exactly what the numbers mean.

“Being acquired by the library” they may not have it yet. Amazon has reviews so presumably hard copies have been delivered somewhere.

Bitched at Amazon about it not being available in kindle, so they gave me a $20 gift card credit. Used that to order the book. Received it a couple of days ago. Worth every penny.
