Antivirus Vista 2010 scam

Yesterday I started to have problems with a pop-up of 'Antivirus Vista 2010'. It runs non-stop 'warnings' and fake security scans.

I am running Norton, but it didn't catch the 'Antivirus Vista 2010' program or mention how to eradicate it.

Any ideas on how to rid myself of this pest?
