We placed an order with ADC in Sept, when we rec'd it, the package was damaged (outer box torn open, all contents very wet).
We called ADC who asked for photos of box/contents, we sent them. We were then given the option of a refund or replacement, we chose replacement.
They reshipped the package and it has been sitting in NY Customs for over 2 weeks.
I've tried calling ADC yesterday, but couldn't even get a busy signal, I figured they were having phone troubles, so called back today. Today when I call them it sounds like the automated voice has been inhaling helium ( very high and very fast). While waiting for someone to answer I was disconnected.
This was only our 2nd order with ADC, is it normal for Customs to hold package/s for over 2 weeks ?
