I'm actually trying to be serious about this to help newer users on the board as well as some of us that have been around for awhile but don't know them all by heart.... stuff like DH, is that "dear husband" or "dunderhead husband", possibly interchangeable, I understand ladies :D But I'm seriously going to compile a list here....

Thanks for taking this on, Lone Hawk. Many of us have been here for ages, yet tend to forget some of those acronyms over time. Especially when chemo brain takes over. Your effort is greatly appreciated.

So glad you started this thread Lone Hawk, because there are some I'm unfamiliar with even after all this time. In fact, I'm almost ashamed to ask about this acronym prefix found in the thread starter menu.

The prefix is.... "WoT"

What the heck does THAT mean???

We all throw acronyms around, like I did today, but don't explain them.

Very proactive by LH. It -never- hurts to ask a question.

SF: Snowflake. Term used to describe when any one of billions of women tries to make a man agree that she is completely unlike, and preferable to, all the other billions of women.
AMOG: Alpha Male Of Group. When a guy comes off as more attractive to women than the other men in a group. May be legitimate through being tops at a skill the group values. If via running down all the other men in the group, is considered fraudulent. (Latter common behavior for pastors in Churchianity churches.)
