A powerful 6.6 magnitude earthquake struck Baja California, Mexico, causing panic. The quake was felt as far away as Los Angeles, California, and was followed by several aftershocks.

Fortunately, there have been no reported casualties.

The earthquake was followed by several aftershocks, ranging from 4.7 to 5.3 in magnitude.

Dear SIL and BIL are down there for nephew‘s graduation with a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering.
He is a brainiac.
He had to get the masters, paid for by his employer to keep his job. He has been with the company five years.
He makes a six figure salary and travels to Europe and Asia to repair robotic systems.
Even at his high wage he has to house share with five other housemates to afford living in a relatively safe affordable neighborhood.
