GOV/MIL Biden admin abolishes Title IX as we knew it

The Biden Admin has just officially abolished Title IX as we knew it. Now, sex = gender identity.

In a nutshell, the new rewrite means:

- men can take academic AND athletic scholarships from women
- men will have FULL access to bathrooms, locker rooms, etc
- men could be housed in dorm rooms with women
- students and faculty MUST compel their speech by requiring the use of preferred pronouns

If the guidelines above are ignored or even questioned, then YOU can be charged with harassment.

Today, the Biden admin is releasing regulations more powerful than most real legislation. His Title IX changes:

- Redefine sex in civil rights law to include gender identity, exposing girls and women across the country to men in their bathrooms, sports teams, and locker rooms

- Reinstate Obama-era kangaroo court rules for men accused of sexual assault on college campuses that completely flout due process and make mere accusation the standard that can ruin young men’s lives

- Encourage universities to unconstitutionally curtail protected speech in the name of subjective offense and “harassment”; empower schools to enforce rules like punishing children for using biologically incorrect pronouns

- Curtail parents’ rights to know what schools are doing with their own children with regard to “gender transition”

Each one of these changes itself would be a five-alarm fire, and in many cases represent unconstitutional curtailment of established rights, rights federal courts have consistently upheld. These changes will be challenged in court. But it’s a good reminder of the enormous power of bureaucracy to massively change American law and curtail all of our rights overnight.

Don't worry, relax, pop some corn, this ain't nothing compared to what is coming May 27th (I think it's the 27th) when the UN will have a health conference in Switzerland with all 195 countries with the US (read Biden Admin) leading the charge on handing over any and all health reg's (which include your pet), monitored by a digital ID, to the WHO.

Which in effect hands over the sovereignty of the country to WHO. Or rather to a single person, the head of WHO.

For example any and all abortions due to the health of the mother. Any lame excuse will do. Any and all tranny operations at any age due to health reasons. Not up to date on your WHO recommended shots, no bread and milk, or TV, computer, or phone purchases, travel outside of the country, etc......

The definition of health is ambiguous as is pandemic. 2 people come down with bird flu it's on sort of thing.

This new Title IX will fit right in.

And just think there is nothing you or Abbott can do about it now or then. Just enjoy the time you have.

I don't give a rat's arse about the UN. My sovereignty is to God, my family, the Constitution, the American flag. WHO can take a flying ............

Disagree. Reality will break that plan. They don't have means to enforce it well enough, fast enough, or long enough before people explode. Covid pushed people out of fear and into anger, they're not going to absorb this.

I can hope, but this is being pushed by the Biden Admin, even as Title IX is, we have no say, no vote in the matter and a good portion of the US (DC, MSM, Hollywood, east and west coast) are all for it. So I'm thinking before Trump can come in and change it, if he can change it, this will be the new normal.

While many like us will not comply, better be prepared for harder times than Bideneconomics. And not just be mouthy (not directed at you Searcher), but really be ready for hard time imposed by our government.

Just as a point of reference:

1) The Biden Admin doesn't care about any of that
2) As a member of the UN this "signature" carries as much weight as the Veto to Palestinian Statehood does.
3) Any treaty the President signs is instituted as being valid, until the Senate votes on it. If they don't, it goes into auto drive and is acted on as if it is ratified. We already have several of those in progress all ready.

As boiling mad as anyone can be, and I am over this, the only remedy is........wait for it, prepare your hearts.........call your Senator. Really that is all you can do, and your precious Senator will use your call in note as toilet paper, to show how much he cares about your call, email, or letter.

I understand that the cheerleaders we have now will continue to lead cheers. Acting on things will become the wall upon which the nonsense will destroy itself.

They don't have the means to enforce this, the logistics don't exist for it. All they have is fear, and they shot their wad on that strategy with Covid. They HOPE to stake out some ground to hold on to, but I don't see it working. They just don't have enough carrots or sticks.

Not trying to argue with you, but for Europe at least the logistics are in place. During Covid people in Europe had to have a QR Code on their phone that stated their medical records as to updates on shots, to travel, work buy food etc. To do such you had to scan the QR code before purchasing. Like tickets on trains, mass transit, grocery stores etc.

Or at least that is what I have heard reported.

And that tech wouldn't be hard to implement here. Because even during covid shut down, as you remember, you had to have a card that stated not only that you had had your shots, but were/or necessary work to be out and about. Remember the Trump instituted 15 days to flatten the curve?

And requiring that tech wouldn't start with you and me, but with Walmart, Kroger, United, Toyota, HP, microsoft, apple.

Excuse me you can't purchase those items until you scan your QR Code into the register.

Once you see your doctor and get updated on all the shots you are required to have, he will give you a QR code and you can come back here and purchase all these items.

Just try imagining trying force 300+ million people to do this, and about half of them say no?

People WILL opt out of this, they'll cancel participating businesses like stamps, and they'll cry uncle. Look at Bud Light, Planet Fitness, etc... they are still being shoved out the door for just being offensive. Imagine what people will do when TPTB try to starve them or remove medical care. The lampposts will be heavily populated.
