that is true.my hubby was looking at online statistics of where audits are done most and it is the south.
Personally I can pay for an Attorney and would use one if they came my way. I've been in 2 court cases suing and I won both times -it's a heck of a thing to go through . Very stressful.

2 more points you need to think about.

1) the IRS just pitched a shit ton of ammo. They are well over millions of rounds. Why?

2) the IRS is one of the two agencies (the sheriff being the other) who NEED NO WARRANT to enter your home.

Maybe 2 is the reason for 1.

I do not think my Sheriffs Depart has that authority. They deal with court and prisons here and Real estate sales, drug reinforcement , we go to them for our right to carry permit. But they are not equal to the local Police. Mine is a small County so the Sherrifs Department is run our of the Courthouse.

What the new congress should do:

Defund every department, agency, etc that is NOT specifically authorized by the US Constitution
Then review all other Fed Govt expenditures
Then determine amount of revenues needed for Constitutional govt
Abolish all revenues, taxes, fees. Then establish proper / revenues fees needs for Constitutional govt

Break for lunch

Then spend the next 24 months to:
Revise Fed payroll, INCLUDING for all elected / appointed officials
Legislate for proper election reforms
Legislate for proper penalties for crooked politicians
etc, etc, etc

Yes, I know it will never be done, but what I propose is what should be done !

Flax was a busy bureaucrat during her tenure at the IRS, where she worked for Lerner in the exempt organizations division among other roles. Flax made 31 visits to the White House between July 12, 2010 and May 8, 2013, according to White House visitor logs. Flax's visits started in the early days of the IRS targeting program and ended just two days before the IRS scandal broke on May 10, 2013. Flax met twice in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building with Jeanne Lambrew, a top adviser to President Obama who exchanged confidential information on conservative groups with Lerner.

Flax was an apparent go-between for Lerner and Obama. No wonder she came so highly recommended to Joe Biden.

Ah. So that means "new" rules will be backdated and applied to the year prior to the passage of the law.

Sounds like E-Bay has outlived its usefulness, and is time to go out of business.

If I were selling items, I would set up a table beside the road in town. Sell to passersby.

No SS needed, no fees, etc. Yes, might not have the volume, but no hassle either

From what I read and heard, IRS will be sent to those who do not pay taxes on future gun tax.
If the dems can hold on past the midterms, they will try to pass a law requiring registration on high capacity weapons. Then, they will tax the evil black guns. Refuse to pay tax, the new agents will come for a visit.

Today they would have to tar and feather all individuals, and employers. People who pay the taxes for free. Even pay to be compliant, another tax.

Just amazingly sad.
