According to all of the news-sites - Iowa is still "up for grabs" and has not declared a winner yet...
With all (100%) of the precincts reporting in the Bush has the lead by about 13,000 votes: 745,734 (50%) for Bush -- 732,483 (49%) for Kerry....and has been this way for over 24 hrs.
Do they have to do a mandatory recount or something? Anyone know?? tks in advance.
