I called again and still no answer. I am fairly sure he has an adult daughter. But unsure of her name. I'll keep trying. I am taking care of an elderly relative out of surgery for the next month or I would drive the to check on him. It's in the otherside of the state for me.

Marie, thank you for that. It may be time for family or someone to request a wellness check, knowing he’d planned to go the the hospital within hours of his last post. We are surely praying, and your assistance is wonderful.

My aunt hasn't gotten back to me. I'm hesitant to call the police for a well check because he has a family. I don't know what to do. Opinions on calling law enforcement for a well check?

It's my opinion that supposed wellness checks conducted by LE can go wrong, especially if the one being checked on is a gun owner.

Fairwillows is correct about an understanding that if you don't want to be checked on and be worried about, or have law enforcement called for a wellness check, then don't post you're very ill and alone.

Lousy situation and times.

I would certainly do that. You're going to have to pm me or someone else with info. Probably, a good idea to trade info with more than 1 person, in case that person gets ill....omg, I think I'm overthinking this???. If you haven't shared your info, you are welcome to share with me, and I'll give you mine? ummm, 5 days??? that's too many, how bout 2-3 days, one could be dead by day 5..... and see, I'd be worried sick by day 2, just saying :) :geek: so can we start a list??? any suggestions on how to do that???

doing pretty good, still have coughing fits, but not coughing anything up.

sorry I didnt post more here, I dont own a cell phone, so while in hospital, 8 days I think, I had no way to contact anyone, didnt have any phone numbers with me,

get tired real quick, gotta rest a lot,

oh yea, I fell down, crawled to the phone and called my daughter, shes 2 miles away, took a couple hours to get a ambulance here, was about 10 am, and they had to call 3 different towns to get someone,

wasnt real bad tho, more like a bad cold instead of the end of the world,

ny daughter watches my facebook page, if I doont post something against biden or pro NRA every day she just calls, but I usually post something,

thank you all very much for the concern, nice to see so many people post asking about how I was doing.

Er... if you spent 8 days in the hospital, it was a little more than a bad cold! Glad you're on the mend!
