vitamin B complex

[Up and Away]

Does anyone have a suggestion for a good B complex vitamin? What strength is good and should I get time released tablets or the dissolve under the tongue? Thank you.

I know GNC has a good liquid B complex that seems to make me feel better. I take that...when I remember ...I have for the past few days been taking extra B-12 that I got from Wal-Mart. It is by Spring Valley and is called B-12 dots. These can be disolved under the tongue. I am not sure yet, but I seem to be less exhausted than I was.

I think that the kind that goes under the tongue is more readily absorbed by the body...especially B-12. It is more like getting the B-12 shots that some people have to take.

GNC tends to have overpriced, lower quality products.

I've noticed that Vitamin Shoppe carries the good brands. Several brands are on sale through the end of May.

I got mine at TriVita 1-800-991-7116. It has b6,folate acid,b12,and biotin. It is placed under the tounge. Been taking it for two weeks and have already started noticing I am not as tired.
