That’s where a lot of employees go in and out of the building. If I remember it closes around 5pm. So, someone with a capitol access badge (stolen or otherwise) is causing the ruckus.

Ahhh, no, maybe not. If it's a dnc operative doing the dirty work, they will get a pass. Any innocent bystander, especially a witness, will be the one murdered and made out to be the perp. Historically speaking, dead people have a real hard time talking.

So glad I never had a water pipe burst. I would have just called a plumber. Good to know I should call the police.
