Try This With Leftover Meatloaf

I wanted to do something with my leftover meat loaf besides re-heating it. I sliced it about 3/4 to 1" thick, dipped it in an egg wash, then in cracker crumbs and sauteed it. Really good!

If you use oatmeal as your filller, the meatloaf will hold together well.

my favorite thing to do with leftover meatloaf is slice it for a sandwich. the family loves it with a touch of mayo and lettuce.

Or slice it and roll it in cracked black pepper, fry it in some butter and serve on hoagie rolls, dressed as you like! A little biker bar we go to does these and calls them Arkansas Travelers. Really good.

We do these at home but we add some good cheese like jarlsberg or monteray jack, some lettuce and tomato...yummy!
