…… Tomato Plant Question 1

This is my first time growing. This plant is getting tall and I think I need to chop the two top runners. Thoughts?

you can top tomato plants all day lony - they will grow new tops - rinse and repeat. some will disagree with what I'm about to offer - but in my experience you will get more and bigger tomatoes by regularly pinching off the suckers too.

indeterminate varieties will keep growing --I have had some that if they had been stretched out would have been well over 10 feet tall

I hate to see you cut it. Lot of goodies will be coming off the top. If you can, consider supporting it to grow to the side. She will do very well that way.
