For those unaware of local geography: Kinmen is roughly 10 km (6.2 mi) east of the city of Xiamen in Fujian (mainland China). It's likely the drone buzzing around the island is a small commercial-grade quadcopter, not a military-grade drone like CAIG Wing Loong.
