Well just like most people, I like to go out to eat. Now that all the restaurants are shut down I get to do it at home. Prepping is one thing but actually staying home and doing it is another thing.
There are going to be dishes to wash every night-or morning depending on how your schedule goes, but this just got real-real fast!
That being said, I'm in the food business and work on a major college campus. I'm front of the house meaning that I deal with retail issues and product on the front end, not cooking. So the thing is I might need some tips for all the stuff I have. I'm a long time prepper, but much is frozen/canned. Now that I get more time around the house, I'm experimenting and doing ok so far. But will probably need help as I get further into it. I'm just 1 guy, some family 20 miles east but they also have a clue.
That being said, here is tonights recipe that turned out very well: 2 6oz. pork chops(boneless) pan fried in olive oil, sauteed mushrooms in oil, tarragon, s/p, minced garlic, little white wine. 2 small red potatoes boiled. all covered with pork gravy.
It smells like an Italian restaurant in here,
