Question regarding if a person start developing Pneumonia?

Above says to Avoid Echinacea, as it increases production of a cytokines. (once person is really sick)

But, isn't it Echinacea that helps dry out fluids in the lungs, and is used to help with Pneumonia?

Lungs seem to be a BIG problem with Covid 19. ,,, I don't want to create a cytokine storm, but would like to know what can help with Fluids in the Lungs?

thxs.
