Kathy, this was my second time to read this story as I had already read it once elsewhere. It was well worth the second read. Thank you for posting it here.
This one I have never posted anywhere else. It is a recent posting only for TB2K. Do you know where you saw it?

I have been on so many different SHTF fiction sites the past year that I have lost count. I just looked at a few the most likely sites and could not find it. Are you sure this is the first time you posted it on TB2K? It has been fairly recently that I was finally able to become a member and access the Members Only section.
It was definitely the same story that I had previously read, with the possible exception of the title/name of the main character. That is the only thing that subconsciously seemed to maybe not match.
I understand your concerns and if I happen to run across it again, I will certainly notify you about where.

It is a very recent story. Read my first post on this thread. And I don't put my stuff in the members only area but in the public story area so that people can still read it even if they aren't signed in. I was just trying to figure out if someone cross-posted it to another forum.
